I waited 3 months for Advanced Level Roofing to show up and complete my roof only to find that they have done damage to another portion of my roof that they told me they're incapable of repairing (their website states that they work on flat roofing). The mess on my property as well as on both of my neighors' was never cleaned up and the damage to my brand new front porch was dismissed. The roofing crew stepped on my chimney pipe which then collapsed in on itself, leaving a sizable hole in my flat roof, was "like that when they arrived" and was not a chimney pipe, despite it leading to my old coal furnace. They assured me that the roof was definately completely sealed, however rain poured in last night through the chimney hole and all around the flat roof top. Throughout the months that I was dealing with the project and aftermath I was passed off between crews and crew leads leaving behind a mess of confusion as to who I should contact. All attempts to explain the deficiencies were brushed off and neither the mess, damages nor disrepairs were ever corrected.

Alex and Spencer, from sales, guided us through every step including changes to be made to the roofing before installing shingles to complete the job. After hours calls were common to be sure of a great finished product. It worked. Ilir and his team are some of the best tradesmen I have ever seen. Skilled, caring, with customers best interest in mind, all the way down to clean up. Excellent job. We are totally thankful to everyone from ALR for what they have done for us.
