Spent $1130 and problem is not solved still. Gordon was really good at keeping me informed and tried to fix it but it didn't solve the problem. I will be looking for a technician again which means added cost.Answer from pro:
This is an unfair assessment, I arrived and found a unit was empty of refrigerant and running i located and repaired the leak and started system, i also stated that there were other issues that may require attention. Unfortunately you cannot diagnose a system that does not work. we agreed that you would try out system and let me know next steps, i would be happy to return and address whatever else is occurring.

Very pleased with work. Gordon is professional and trustworthy. Estimate was clear, detailed and reasonable. Gave us good suggestions and ensured expectations were understood all around before starting work. My furnace stopped working after a Vivant service person looked at my thermostat, I had ATCO come out they advised it was my furnace transformer, I then called Alberta Best Home they came out immediately and rewired the thermostat as that was what the actual problem was. Turning on the heat this past long weekend and experienced problems with our furnace. Gordon came highly recccomeded from a friend. I called him on the long weekend and he provided some excellent advice. Not only did he call me back right away, but he showed up when he said he would, provided a fair quote and managed our expectations all the way through our experience. Fair price, excellent customer service and professional installation. Would highly recommend to anyone needing heating, furnace or air conditioning service in the Calgary area.Answer from pro:
