    Kitchen renovation

    My old kitchen was gutted and Kris was good enough to remove all the debris. Walls were refreshed and new IKEA kitchen was assembled.

    Kitchen Renovation - backsplash installation + light fixture installation

    Chris and his team were amazing!!! They did my back splash and I'm extremely happy with it. They also installed a few of my new light fixtures. They were very professional and was also amazing to deal with. PLUS, they had the best price!! No one was able to beat it. I cant rave enough about Top Renovations, but for sure, they will be recommended to everyone I know. Thank you Top Renovations!

    Outstanding!!

    I chose Kristaq to pull out the old vanity and install the new vanity. He did a great job. The new vanity didn't have some of the correct parts, so he went to Home Depot and got them. Everything works, no leaks and it looks beautiful. I also asked him to install baseboards and door trim. I had to leave for an appt. When I came home everything was done to perfection. He cleaned up and closed the house for me. Kris is a true professional, knows his stuff, and a nice guy. Very trustworthy as well. I will definitely be hiring him again and recommending him to friends and neighbours. Thank you Kris!!!

    Basement Finishing

    Our basement was unfinished and we went with Kris to finish the basement for us. Kris was very professional and also had a great personality and it was a pleasure having him at our house doing the work for roughly 5 weeks. He was very punctual and on time in regards to finishing the project by the promised date. He also ran everything by us and took his time to explain things as he went along. The project included subflooring, framing, drywall/plaster/sanding, painting, tiles for the bathroom, laminate flooring, baseboards, and all finishing touches. As mentioned, all came out much better than expected. The finish for the basement was amazing and I would highly recommend Kris for any renovation project. Thanks Kris!

    480 sqft full Condo Renovation

    We were quoted $30-$60k in labour costs form multiple vendors, Top Renovations quoted us $15k. The work that was done was exceptional quality. The unit we acquired was a foreclosure in complete disrepair. We renovated the entire unit. Throughout the process Top Renovations went above and beyond to support our project. If we were short on materials, they provided their own. When we needed advice, they provided sound guidance. We highly recommend Top Renovations as your 1st choice for your home renovations.

    Condo renovation

    Installed new crown moulding, baseboards, new bathroom ceramic tile floor (removed old floor) in most of 1,000 sq ft condo. Painting of entire condo including kitchen and bathroom. Removed old toilet and vanity. Delivered new toilet and new bathroom vanity to premises. In addition, removal of all existing doors incl hardware and replace with new ones. Painting of all new doors. Create closet system similar to “California closet” from scratch (double hangers, shelving). Helped to get the best deal on everything. Terrific knowledge on where to purchase items at the best price. Very knowledgeable on modern trends and wonderful people to work with! Reliable, dependable and punctual. Thank you Kris for an excellent job! If you want the job done right and stress/worry free, I would not hesitate to recommend Top Renovators.

    Vanity Instillation

    We hired Kris and his wife to install a bathroom vanity sink. They made the entire process very easy and were available on short notice. They did an amazing job and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a handyman or full renovations. I'll be using them again soon.

    Condo renovation

    We hired Kris to renovate our condo and he got everything done on time - flooring, baseboards, walls, washrooms, kitchen, doors... He is an amazing person, very hard worker, reliable, honest, easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. We were really impressed with his work ethics, above all. He would come in on the weekend to complete some tasks, to be able to stay on schedule. We feel lucky that Kris was available when we needed him and if we ever need any work done at our place in the future, we sure know who to call. Thank you Kris for everything!

    Caulking - Bathroom

    Called on Tuesday to arrange service for the weekend. Kristo was respectful and honest - both in pricing and in interactions with me and my family. His work was neat and he finished earlier than planned. I will definitely be calling him again for other projects.

    Bathroom Renovations

    Top Renovations (Kris) was excellent to work with, and their pricing can't be beat, way lower than other quotes I received. I would highly recommend Top Renovations again, and will be asking them to do more work. They were very professional, respected the working hours and noise levels for my neighbors, and at the end of each work-day, they removed drop-cloths and vacuumed everywhere so the place was clean every night. Took 2 weeks to demolish, dispose, and re-install 2 full bathrooms with new materials. $9k labour & $8k materials total for 2 bathrooms together.
