I recommend this company for furnace and AC services. The staff at booking and the technician were very professional.

We were almost going with a different company, but wanted to give Furnace Family an opportunity to provide an estimate also. We read numerous reviews before making a decision. It was an incredible experience from the first interaction with the salesman, Dave, the office staff, the installers and the technician, Aaron, that came out to complete a small repair. The quality of work was excellent, very clean, pride in the workmanship. They truly care about the work they do. We will definitely consider going with them for future projects. With Daves recommendation, we also had the ducts cleaned by Valley Furnace Cleaning. Another great experience. We highly recommend both companies.

Our experience with Furnace Family was excellent from start to finish. They were communicative, on time and provided admirable service. The technicians and electricians were friendly, polite and very efficient. The consultation process was informative and we received the quote very quickly afterwards. We met on Monday and our AC was installed on Friday. Thank you for the amazing service!

Furnace Family (Scott) cleaned rust from the burner area which was impeding air flow to the pilot light. Also thoroughly inspected our furnace using a camera to check the heat exchanger. He was thorough, informative and very helpful. We feel much better knowing that our gas appliances are safe to use. We had used another plumbing/heating company a few months ago which did not solve the problem. We have noted Furnace Family's name and will use them again in future, likely to replace the hot water tank, which was recommended due to the amount of rust from the bottom of the tank, which was present.

Keegan and Michael showed up on time. They carefully planned out the piping and electrical pathway exploring a variety of options and then chose the one that worked best. They answered all question with easy to understand explanations. They worked together as a team. The service they provided was outstanding. I highly recommend both the installation team, the front office and the Furnace Family company!

Furnace Family provided prompt, excellent service. Im impressed with their work ethic. They seem to care about doing an excellent job. The work site was left very tidy and I felt that the cost was fair.

Everything was handled very professionally & efficiently. The installers were considerate, pleasant & were willing to explain anything I asked. They worked hard & in the rain to have the job done according to schedule. They tested everything & cleaned up the work areas. Couldn't ask for better service!
