We took advantage of a furnace tune up deal on the last day of the special and they were able to send someone the same day. Our technician, Chandler, was awesome! He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered a ton of questions and gave a sorely neglected, but functioning, furnace a lot of maintenance love. Definitely will be using the Furnace Family for all our HVAC needs!

Chris saved our christmas! We had just about resigned to cancelling our holiday plans until he arrived on short notice to diagnose and repair our broken furnace. During the repair, he was very patient with all my questions helping me better understand the issue and how to prevent it from happening in the future.
