We had furnace concerns over weekend, technician talked us through various scenarios, and we were able to hold off until regularly scheduled workday for review that ended up being minor. Well done & patient.

Needed to remediate a couple of shortfalls from a home inspection. Julian was very helpful and completed the jobs quickly and efficiently . We had the Furnace family before for a furnace and an AC. All jobs were perfect.

First I would like to thank family furnace for sending Chris out when are furnace stop working and it was -30 the technician Chris was here with in 30 minutes from calling . Chris found the problem with in minutes had the part that had to be replaced and had heat with in 30 minutes very happy.

Ron was the installer for my garage furnace. Great job. Friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Great cleanup. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Technician arrived the same day as requested. He is knowlegeable and quickly deterined the issue. I have not given a five star because the parts that caused the issue is not in stock and has to be manufactured. I am waiting to see if the company will live up to its name and take the issue to heart as if clients are the family members by following up with Lennox to ensure delivery ASAP so the job can be completed. Temperature is a lot colder next week. Will give a 6 star in subsequent review when issue is resolved timely.

Plumbing was leaking under the kitchen sink. Furnace Family came by to repair. They were prompt, courteous, professional, very capable, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them, and plan to use them ourselves in the future.

Chris was very professional. He was on time and thorough. He took extra time to explain our options for repairing or replacing our furnace and acknowledged the drawbacks of each. I have only had positive experiences with Furnace Family. I recommend them without any reservations.

Received an email saying he was on his way. arrived on time, wore shoe covers, was cheerful and polite. Completed tune up on 2 hi efficiency furnaces in about an hour. Left everything tidy.

From start to finish Family service was awesome. They installed the new furnace, and cleaned up the whole area. We were very impressed with their friendly staff, price of new unit, and overall experience. We would highly recommend them.
