My furnace quit. The estimator came out immediately before his day started and worked with other customers so I could get on the schedule in 2 days. A life saver. Awesome product and Rory and Jordan did a good job. Very clean.

I noticed my furnace wasnt working at breakfast. I googled furnace repair Calgary and started calling, but no one was available until days later. I finally got to Furnace Family and they were able to provide same day service. Chandler arrived in the afternoon, diagnosed the problem as being the control board. He was able to pick up the new part and install it. The furnace works perfectly and my home is again toasty warm.

The furnace family provided excellent service when we required a new furnace and continuing service From Dave explaining furnace choices no pressure to installers Kevin & Ty who left furnace room spotless and Justin and Jeff have provided excellent maintenance service. Office staff is great. They recommend Valley Furnace and duct cleaning snd Gerald ( Gerry) snd crew did a marvellous clean up of furnace snd duct system after new flooring install by Quality Red Tag Flooring. Jeff and Katie at front desk excellent and helpful to work with snd owner Jon who did estimate and sourcing material to excellent install by their installer Yassir and crew. Area left as clean as possible. Very pleased with all three companies and will be recommending and using them in the coming years.

I was very pleased with the service we received they were very professional were not afraid to answer any question that I asked the installation was very nicely done everything was straight and left it very clean after the job was done.

Worked with Chris, the sales agent, for my requirements of an Air Conditioner. He visited my house and gave an estimate. On 28-Sep, RORY and JORDAN, two great gentlemen, showed up at the scheduled time of 9:00 AM, and installed the A/C unit and it worked very well, so far so good. Rory and Jordan have been so nice and gentle and took great care of my house while installing the unit. They have also been supported by an Electrician who came over later in the day (sorry, I missed his name), and he too was great in what he was doing, and very gentle. They finished the work by 2:30 PM, and the unit is working well. What a "cool" experience! Thank you, Rory, Jordan and the Electrician friend for your nice work. I hope I will like Daikin in the coming days as well especially when it comes to warranty/parts as well. Saju Skaria.
