My air conditioner had stopped working properly. Chandler from Furnace Family ran diagnostics and found what was causing the problem. He explained what the cost would be before he did the repair. He cleaned and serviced the air conditioner, and completed the repair efficiently. My air conditioner is now working well. After he completed the repair, I asked him what it would cost to clean and service my furnace. He said that he had time to do it on the same call, and he reduced the price for the furnace maintenance since he was already at my house. The price I paid included the basic fee for coming to my house, the air conditioner part, the repair to my air conditioner, maintenance and service on the AC maintenance and service on the furnace, and two new furnace filters. I was very impressed with the service that Chandler provided. He did a good job, tidied the work area, was efficient, showed integrity, and ensured that I understood what service was required and what the cost would be before proceeding with the work. I felt that the price I paid was very fair.

At our initial meeting with Furnace Family, Chris (sales) inspected the existing furnace configuration then provided replacement options. Once we made our decision and proceeded to schedule the install, the office staff considered our availability. The experienced installation team of Tyler and TJ arrived on schedule. They removed the existing furnace, made the necessary modifications and set up the new Lennox unit. All within 3 hours. They were careful, timely, friendly and great to work with.
