July 27, 2022 This review is in addition to my A/C review below. Our 18 year old Lennox furnace needed to be replaced. I made appointments with two firms. Once again Chris from the Furnace Family had the best price and service through their Costco Program. In the two months since our Lennox A/C unit was installed nothing has changed with The Furnace Family. Chris made his recommendation, provided prices, and scheduled the installation for 3 days after our meeting. The office confirmed the installation date and time and sent a text as the technicians left the office for our home. Once again Rory & Jordan handled the installation (they had installed our A/C unit the month before). They greeted me like an old friend and set about their work. Upon completion they cleaned up, spent a few minutes testing and filling me in on the operation of the new Lennox Furnace. Nothing had changed, the same people, the same great service. I can get used to this. June 2022 I called around to enquire about adding an air conditioner to our home. I decided on the Costco program through the Furnace Family. Chris came out to review our home, and then discussed options. He took his time ensuring I understood his information. He use to install HVAC systems and there is no question he knows his stuff. He left me with a price. I checked out two other companies and brands, both were a bit less money. Neither of these two companies instilled the same confidence I got from Chris with the Furnace Family. I checked in with a long time plumber friend. Have you ordered yet? he said. Who do you have quotes from? I told him The Furnace Family and started to say the other two names. Stop! The Furnace Family is the one you want. They are going to take care of you! Once I ordered the Lennox air conditioner, Kaitlin called and made an installation appointment less than a week away. She certainly knows all about customer service and had everything lined up in just a few minutes. On installation day Rory & Jordan arrived 2 minutes before my appointment time. They checked out the layout of our home first. Rory then pulled out Chriss diagram and notes and laughed. I didnt really need to check the layout, as Chris already filled me in on your home. They quietly went about their work, cleaned up and called me down to the basement 4 hours after they started. In less than 10 minutes they filled me in with what I needed know, thanked me for the business and left. That was a very positive experience starting with Chris, then Kaitlin, then Rory & Jordan. The positive reviews are true. That type of service is obviously a culture with this company and it is coming right from the top. Thanks for the service, Furnace Family.

Hot summer, crying baby, upset wife boiled the air of the house. I am rescued by the tech from Furnace Family. He saved the Air Conditioning System and saved the day for me.

Chris, Kevin, Julian and Michael acted professionally at all times. Chris was informative about what our options were. The other three put our items in quickly with no reported issues and with minimal disruption. Additionally the areas they worked in as well as the items installed were all cleaned up before they left. They also kept us informed of the some changes we would notice after the systems started to get working. Julian also let us know about the normal maintenance wed have to do on a regular basis. All in all a very good experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for these types of services.

Went out for 4 quotes as our 16 year old Carrier finally packed it in. I received a timely email from Rumi from Atco so I put Furnace Family on my list. Rodney responded quickly with multiple options, good information, a solid quote and good follow up. Installation was on time and right on the quote supplied originally. Cole and team were really professional and thorough, did an excellent job, kept me informed through the day and left the place spotless. I would totally recommend Furnace Family plus $250 back from Atco!

Lucian & Connor arrived on time to install our new furnace & hot water tank in one visit. They were personable & very knowledgeable. The job was completed in about 5.5 hours without a hitch. They both worked well together and efficiently and informed us along the way about what was being done. Once complete they gave us a rundown on everything and explained the new products. We would highly recommend this company and these two employees. Also, to kick it all off Chris was the company representative that initially paid us a visit to discuss their products and provide an estimate. He was also friendly and very knowledgeable and forthcoming. Thanks Furnace Family! A very painless process that we will truly appreciate once winter kicks in!

Complete professional service from beginning to end. I'm a very thorough shopper especially when spending this amount of money. I had LOTS of companies come here and quote me and frankly was very discouraged that they weren't listening to my wants. I came across Furnace Family's website and thought I'd check the reviews on Google and other platforms. It sounded encouraging so I filled out the online quote request form since it was after hours. To mynshock, the next morning I had a salesman at my house. He was extremely knowledgeable and listened to what my wife and I wanted the HVAC system to do. He absolutely nailed it with his recommendation. We had it installed yesterday by the most professional crew we've ever had do a project in our house. I 100 percent recommend Furnace Family. I would also have a few other companies in first then bring in Furnace Family. You'll see exactly what I mean!

Great job by these guys. Everyone is gouging, these guys kept it honest. Got $1000 rebate with the specialty unit. The estimate was an easy process with 3 options given. The 3 workers were here for 7 hours doing a fine install. The cost was high but required a specialty unit to fit my very narrow space. But I had estimates over $10 K and cheaper estimates for 7K for basic units. I got the very top end Daikin for a solid price.
