We recently found it necessary to replace a 10 year old furnace due to the difficulty obtaining and time involved to receive replacement parts. The service we received from “Furnace Family” from the office staff, sales, service technician to the final installation team was great. Before trying to sell us a new product, they did everything possible to repair and find replacement parts for our existing furnace. When it was necessary the replace our furnace, the pricing was very fair. The field service was very fast, with professional and knowledgeable technicians. From initial contact with Sarah at Furnace Family to Chris coming to our home to review the installation possibilities, then quoting, to Chris advocating on our behalf to our condo board, to technicians Kevin and Matthew performing the installation and commissioning of our new furnace, our experience was excellent! Throughout the entire experience we felt we were dealing with professionals.

Jeff came to replace the heat exchanger, which was still on warranty. While he was doing that, he cleaned up the messy electrical wiring (which was done by another company, who had originally installed the furnace). In addition to that, we asked him to replace the solenoid in our humidifier. He discovered that some of the tubing had become hardened and brittle and he replaced that as well. In other words, he didn't just do what was written up on the work order. He surpassed the minimum required and brought everything up to good working order. After the work was completed the area was neatly cleaned up and all of the old parts were removed from the workspace. Jeff was personable and friendly and explained everything as he worked on it. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. This enabled him to complete the job plus the extra work in less time than was estimated and saved us a nice sum of money. It's nice to know that there are still people and institutions who take pride in their work. We would have no reservations on recommending this company to anyone we know.

Our furnace that has been running for almost 25 years finally broke down just before the cold started coming in. After looking at company reviews in an emergency situation, I saw that Furnace Family showed remarkable reliability through their customers. With a quick call, Furnace Family's estimator Chris, and installers Rob and Stephan, were able to get the job done. Now I am able to beat the cold this winter. I highly recommend this company!

Heading into cooler weather, it was alarming to notice the house wasn’t warming the way it normally does. Since the furnace family installed my AC (and we’re so awesome to deal with then) I called them again when I noticed our house dipping to the mid-teens. What was initially thought to be a crapped out furnace ended up being a blown fuse. Matt was our service guy and I was relieved to see him as he was our AC installer. This was my second super positive experience with the furnace company and Matt!

We have had a maintenance contract with Furnace Family (formally William's Home Comfort) for years and have been impressed with their service. We initially purchased an air conditioner from them and were surprised when the unit they recommended was not the most expensive model but rather the best for our needs. We recently had problems with our furnace and decided to replace our unit. Sheldon and Chandler installed the unit yesterday. Their work was impeccable with particular attention to maintaining a clean job site. We are thrilled with our new furnace and with the level of service that we have experienced from Furnace Family.

We were looking into installing AC but it soon became clear that adding it to a 30-year-old furnace would be inefficient and, in the long run, more expensive. Furnace Family's well-informed team worked up several options for us (with no pressure). The installation was quick and seamless, the installers were friendly and professional, and they left the basement cleaner than it was before!

Kevin came to repair the plumbing in the bathroom and it was a pleasant experience. He was timely and very professional plus he took the time explain the repairs and educate me.
