We heard the owner in 630 ched and decided to buy the ultimate Lennox system. Our estimator Ross was very informative and we thought the price was fair. The day of install went well very professional crew and you could tell they knew what they were doing. But oh man the comfort in our home is unbelievable the air feels cleaner. The thermostat is so cool. I would highly recommend Furnace Family and Lennox.

Called furnace family based on the Google reviews and wow is all I get to say the estimator was great explained everything and told us we would get the best installers. He was correct the instal went very well nice guys even cleaned up after the job. My house is now nice and cool thanks Furnace Family.

Air conditioner installation, I had three quotes done in the buying process one of them a large national company,the pressure to buy was unbelievable they were a definite no.In comes Furnace Family the sales guy was great very informative and no pressure to buy a sign of a great company. The instal went as promised the guys even fixed a non related item at no charge. Very impressive service Furnace Family has my business for life. Big thanks.

From the initial call, to the consultation to the installation: They were professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to all my questions. On the consult, Mark noticed I had a problem with a T joint leading away from my furnace and made sure that was fixed as well. No other company will get my business other than Family Furnace. Furnace when down sometime during the night. Only notice when I was ready to go to work. Call Furnace Family and they scheduled the appointment the same day. Trevor arrived early than scheduled, very knowledgeable and found the issue with in minutes. Replaced the part and give a once go over of the system. I definitely will call this company again and highly recommend to others.

My furnace blower motor failed on a Friday before a long weekend. By Tuesday when the store opened it was minus 27. However Justin from Furnace Family was great on the after hours phone. We discussed cost and agreed to try for Tuesday as the motor would keep running only if I kept the fan on steady. Richard came at 830 am Tuesday and quickly fixed my furnace and tweaked the motor so it would give the best performance and better than what I had before. And he realined the sensor on the igniter so it should never get dirty and fail again. Which happened at least twice before. Thumbs up to Justin and Richard !! You were also the best price from four different companies I called. Some wouldn't even hear of giving a quote without charging $99 or more house call. Yeesh!! I will definitely go to Furnace Family again and I will pass out your cards to my friends. Great job!!

We called Furnace Family to do some electrical work,Dave the electrician was very professional and made some great recommendations. We were very happy with the end results. Too notch company definitely will recommend them.
