Kevin from Furnace Family was awesome! My 38 year old Lennox blower finally failed. I called in a different company who came out, told me everything I told them on the phone (38 year old Lennox with a failed fan) and they declined the work. Kevin arrived, diagnoses the problem, found a replacement part and had the heat on in under 3 hours including travel time to pick up the replacement part. He even offered an option to wait until Monday morning which would have saved me $200 ($100 of which I paid to the parts store owner to open on Sunday) ... Five stars Furnace Family!!

Our furnace was on the fritz as winter was setting in. Family Furnace was quick to provide us estimates and replacement. While we weren’t excited to spend the money on a furnace (who is excited to drop that kinda cash?) we did some research and found the prices of FF to be quite competitive if not better for the higher end products. The installation was fast and as unobtrusive as could be. It took about 3 hours which was much shorter than I was expecting, after, I was walked through the updated furnace specs and informed of the permit process. The customer service from FF was good and very accommodating. Would recommend.

Salesman and confirmation email said installers would be here by 9AM. Installers 2 hours late. Told it would take 3 - 4 hrs took 8 hrs. It was a straight forward job, as we already had an energy efficient furnace and the installers even said it would only take 3 - 4 hours. Changed our thermostat, new one doesn't work right. One installer, Phillip, knew his stuff, but the helper didn't, and the helper was the one who did the thermostat, by himself. They cleaned up real good and looks like they did a good job. Did get compensation from them off our bill.

We just had regular maintenance done on our furnace. The technician was prompt, friendly and worked quickly. The price was very reasonable. The I would use Furnace Family again and recommend them to anyone.

We got several quotes to get a new furnace and we were sure Furnace Family was a good choice. Well they were not good they were great !! The estimate guy told us what we should get the install people were very nice and did a great job. We even got a call after to see if it was done to our satisfaction... Great people.

Our furnace broke down late at night. Called Furnace Family in the evening actually spoke to a technician he assured me we would be fine till the morning when it costs less ( he could have come and charged overtime). They came out the next day very professional and nice technician fixed our furnace and what can I say but a great experience and I recommend Furnace Family .

Thank you for incredibly professional and timely service. Ross was outstanding, and arguably an artist when it comes to installation format and appearance of utilities, which generally are not that aesthetically pleasing.I would highly recommend the furnace family, and specifically Ross to anyone with an eye for quality.

Had Furnace Family replace our water heater with a tankless system. And change our furnace. Great job from the estimate being fair to the great install guys. Everything went very well and being the home is old there is always a chance for a hickup. Thanks Furnace Family will definitely recommend you!!

We decided to get a tankless water heater with all the rebates out there. We have had it a month and absolutely love it even got more space in our furnace room. Furnace Family did a great job converting everything the install crew was great. Definitely recommend tankless and Furnace Family.

We had Furnace Family replace our old furnace the service was amazing the ladies in the office helped us get financing and the installers were wonderful. The new furnace runs very nice way quieter than our old one. Highly recommended Furnace Family they won't disappoint our friends had the same experience.
