Within days of welcoming our newborn daughter, Edmonton was hit with a heat wave and we knew we needed air conditioning! We chose Furnace Family because of their outstanding ratings on this site and we were not disappointed! They responded quickly to our enquiry. The lady I spoke to in the office was friendly and pleasant. She arranged for someone to come see us right away. The sales person, Jamie, was excellent. He took the time to explain all our options and was very professional. He gave us a competitive quote right away for several different models. We decided to choose Furnace Family that day and booked in for the installation. Furnace Family was able to quote and install the air conditioning faster than some companies were able to come out to give us a quote! Great service!! Kevin and another gentleman came out to do our installation and they were both fantastic! Super friendly and courteous. They showed me how everything worked and even fixed a piece of conduit that was incorrect on our existing system. I took one point off the total score because somehow the air filter we wanted was missing from the sales order and the financing I had requested had not been communicated to the office, so there was some additional work to get that straightened out, but Jackie and Taryn in the office were a dream to deal with. They helped straighten everything out, get our financing approved quickly and arranged for a second excellent technician (Richard) to also come out ASAP to add the air filter. I enjoyed every part of engaging with this company. The people were all so great, the installation was done correctly and quickly and the overall experience was fantastic. They send text and email reminders for everything and really genuinely care about their customers. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

What a great experience from our estimator Jamie to the office ladies that helped me get financed everyone was first class. The installation day came the guys were amazing cleaned up at the end like they were never there. Thanks Furnace Family I will recommend you to all!!

We had the honor to meet three service Techs for repair on our furnace and ac...Jerry, Jeff and Richard were extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough!! We were made aware what it would cost and what they were going to do for repairs before they proceeded!!! We were very pleased with the work and have recommended furnace family to many people!!!!! We had a new AC installed and are happy with the whole experience. Jamie was very informative and helpful in helping us make our decision on which unit to install. Ron and Mike were very professional and quick to get the installation done. They made sure to clean up after themselves and ensured we had all our questions answered. It isn’t hot enough for us to really test out the unit right now so we are looking forward to using our AC soon!

Dave was wonderful! He managed to squeeze me in and I will forever be in his debt. Greg and Mark were very nice young men to deal with as was the electrician. They got the job done in the time Dave estimated and tidied up after themselves too. All in all a great experience and will be highly recommended by me to whoever asks.

We contacted the Furnace Family to come and give us a quote to install a new AC unit. It was very important to my wife and I that we had an energy efficient unit. The sales staff were very informative and provided us with different options to fit our needs. When the installation crew arrived there were on time and very friendly ensuring to take the time to walk me through the installation and how to care for the unit in the fall. This company is unusual in positive way They fully stood behind there product and service Furnace Family installed a government approved energy efficient furnace that was audited by a independent government accredited energy auditor. Somewhere during the process of obtaining my energy rebate for upgrading the furnace in my house, the Government decided this particular model of furnace no longer qualified for the rebate..... even though the government accredited auditor states that it meets the criteria. Furnace Family and I were stuck and Furnace Family decided to make me whole, form a rebate perspective, by providing me with a credit/cash or by installing a new furnace. You cant ask for more than that!!

Excellent service. Monty and sandy the installers are excellent at what they do. Exceptionally courteous and the install was seamless. They took the time to answer all my questions. Dave in sales did a great job matching my needs to their products. I did shop around and chose furnace family due to their competative price and overall good experience with Dave.
