    Roach treatment

    He is really friendly. Good job. He is very fast, called him afternoon and got treatment at 6 pm. He explained everything about roach and precautions.

    Pest control.

    I have had Mr Patel in 3 times, for mice, carpenter ants, and carpenter bees. He is very thorough, professional and nice, and I have never had to have him come back for the same pest, even though he offers a 6 month guarantee. I prefer working with a small business like this because the owner, Mr Patel, clearly cares about doing a good job.

    Kitchen washroom

    Manish is very professioion, punctual, and knowledgeable. He takes his time in explaining the situation and completes the job efficiently. Gave me peace in mind and hopefully I don't need to see him for this reason again.

    Pest control

    Mouse problems. Technician investigated and described possible entry area of mouse. Layed traps in kitchen-garage-crawl space. Gave 6 month warranty. Said needs 4 to 5 weeks to see the results and call back if mouse problem is not solved.

    Mice extermination

    Manish was very informative and helpful. He is easy to talk with and answered all of my questions. I trust his service and I’m sure the sounds from between the walls will be gone. He is thorough with his work and very trustworthy. Highly recommended!

    Cockroaches tretment

    Good service, punctuality on timing and after 10 min I see many cockroaches are come out and dyeing.
