    Heating and Air Conditioning unit installations

    Thorough explanation of the steps to be taken during the installation of all the units inside and outside my house. A thorough pre assessment to determine any potential hiccups and to determine pricing. Please with their work and would recommend

    Gas Pipeline And Range Installation

    We moved to our new condo townhouse couple of weeks ago. And we really wanted to switch to gas cooking. I found Home Air Systems Inc. on HomeStars and based on their reviews I hired them after some discussion with Mike. The team came right on time and finished the work in just one and half hours which included the new gas line from basement to kitchen and also our new gas range installation. They really did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them.

    Ongoing Great Service

    Mike and his team have always done a fantastic job for all of our HVAC needs. Over the past few years, they've replaced our air conditioner, installed a Nest thermostat, added a central humidifier, and replaced a defective circuit board. Each time, they've been transparent about the costs and in several cases, provided alternate options to help us save money. Thanks for everything, Mike & team - we'll continue to rely on you in future years.

    New AC and Furnace

    Amazing service! Mike and his team were very polite and professional. Actually listened to our concerns with our previous HVAC setup. They were able to get the entire job done properly and quickly. Ours was a very difficult HVAC set up to diagnose for some of the companies, but Mike and his team were able to figure it out.     Furnace Repair

    We have had Mike come out in the past to clean our fireplace and furnace. When our furnace kept short-cycling recently we contacted Mike and even though he was on holidays he got back to me in less than 24 hours and had David and Al come out to assess the problem. David and Al were punctual, professional and not only got the job done but they made sure to stay for an extra 30 mins to make sure there were no additional issues. They provided helpful advice for regular maintenance as well. We continue to be very impressed with Mike and his staff and Home Air Systems will continue to be our #1 choice for fireplace, furnace, AC etc.

    New gas furnace and AC

    Mike and his team are completely professional. Great quality work and up and running in no time. Kept my basement clean during what is a very messy job. I would have no problem recommending them. You won’t be disappointed.

    Furnace service and cleaning

    Mike is the owner and he was professional, personal and very knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was doing and information about my furnace he went above and beyond explaining and pointing out various parts and functions, he was not pushing extra sales, Mike answered his phone , e mail and responded to queries promptly . I would definitely recommmd this company, Home Air Systems Inc. !

    New Furnace

    I would definately recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking for great, fast efficient service. When I was given Mike’s number and called him, he was over right away and everything was taken care of. On top of the great service, his price was amazing and much lower then I was expecting. Thank you Mike and team for everything!

    Homest, effecient and hard working - just like the units they install

    Mike and his crew are always professional and hard working. They take the time to explain what work is required without making you feel dumb. The amount or time they told me they required to install the furnace was exactly the time the needed I would highly recommend calling them to get the job done.

    New Furnace

    Responsive, reliable, great service at a reasonable price. Contacted Mike when my 17 year old furnace stopped working and he showed up within a few hours. Recommended replacing it, got it working and quoted new furnace options. Got other quotes, some including the joy of listening to a song and dance, used car sales pitch of some other companies and all quoting $5,000-$7,000 for like models made it an easy decision. The furnace quit the next day and Mike was in promptly to install the new one. Excellent quality of work and answered all of my 101 questions. I highly recommend Mike and Home Air Systems Inc.
