    Gas Line Installation

    Mike was helpful in explaining the installation, and gave us a good quote. We liked the quote and didn't have to look for second opinion. Hopefully we're able to decide for BBQ gas line, and then we'll request his help again :) Thanks Mike. I, definitely, recommend him.

    Gas stove and gas BBQ connect

    After much research, I decided to go with Michael for my new gas stove and gas bbq connect. I had existing gas lines from the builder and needed the appliances hooked up. His quote was good and he was prompt in his email replies. He showed up on time and prepared and did the work in no time. His partner was also with him and they both were very pleasant and did a good job. I would definately hire Michael again in the future.

    Install of ductless air conditioner

    Dealt with Mike, he returns calls and we co-ordinated for him to come in. It was done in half a day all went really well and no issues then and now. Just the way I like it.

    Inground gas line

    Central Air Conditiong Replacement, Purchase & Install

    My ICG Central Air Conditioning Unit of 35 yeas had to be replaced. I spoke to Mike to discuss the purchase of a unit for my 1981 Brick detached house approx 2300 sq feet, with a basement , main floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs. Mike was able to provide a 14 seer York Model Number: YCE30B21H Description: RES SPLT AC 14S SE 2.5T R410A For the cost of a 13 seer (Had an estimate from another company). Upon examining the furnace he suggested that the coil be lowered for better cooling, he included it in the price. Job details: Mike & Al arrived on Aug 2, 2017 9:00am as discussed (Mike called earlier that morning to confirm the appointment.) Al uninstalled ICG /installed the York. Mike worked on furnace and replaced the lines. House is cool. Great Job. I would like them to service my furnace and Ac for the future. Highly Recommended - Communication, appointment confirmation, install, Warranty provided/Registered with Johnson Controls Alan Stone

    Install new gas line to new gas cooktop (replaced electric cooktop) and relocation of gas fireplace

    Mike responded very promptly to our request. He was punctual on our first scheduled meeting and provided valued advice on our project. He was very professional and kept us informed at all times. His positive, friendly and accommodating attitude created a comfortable feel and allowed for easy communication. Due to other construction work in progress simultaneously, Mike had to make several visits in order to get his job done. He was very accommodating. His work was done at a very high standard. I would highly recommend Mike for for any HVAC/gas appliance installation job.

    Added A.C. to existing central air furnace.

    Mike and Al were prompt and completed everything quickly, efficiently and cleaned everything up afterwards . We could not have asked for a better install .

    Air conditioner installation and gas line installation

    Work was completed in a very timely and professional manner. They were clean and thoroughly communicated the job specifics throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!

    New furnace and A/C

    New A/C and furnace. Quality service and neat and tidy finishes! Couldn't be happy with Mike and his professionalism! Highly recommend.
