We secured several quotes to install central air conditioning in our home. We selected Home Air Systems after reading several Homestars reviews & ratings for Mike's excellent work & customer service. It took time to select a vendor as we were finishing up other reno work in the home. When Mike thought that I had selected another vendor, he asked me to comment on his service so that he could improve. That was the sign that I could trust Mike's work. His regular follow up and responsiveness to emails to answer my questions and revise our quote showed me that he was willing to prove himself and win our business. We had a situation where our home had no proper air return vents. Of the quotes we received, Mike's was the only one who suggested converting an open space in our floor to a proper vented air return. He also recommended installing a fast stat wire converter rather than installing additional wires to support our existing thermostat. The work was done as specified and in the time he had indicated. We now have a cool home ready for the hot & humid summer months ahead. We're very pleased with the product and Mike's service. We would definitely recommend him for your heating and cooling needs. I called Mike up and told him about an outdoor gasline that need to be installed for a outdoor gas fire pit. Mike went above and beyond for us when our furnace broke down over the Family Day weekend. He was quick to respond when I emailed and came on the holiday Monday to inspect it. When we decided a new furnace was required, he was helpful/honest in discussing the options and was back the next day to install one. We were warm again within 24 hours! Amazing service, we couldn't have asked for more. Mike is knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. He also installed a new AC unit for us two summers ago, and we had the same positive experience. He is our "go-to" for all our furnace/AC needs. Thank you Mike!

Mike was very responsive when our furnace suddenly stopped working. He came within 2 hours of our call to check it out and then was able to repair it the next day. Very friendly and reliable. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone in need of a repair!
