I have been very pleased with the quality of the work and the ease of working with them. The communication is outstanding and Nathan and his team have taken all the stress of dealing with the tenants away and streamlined our operation at a very fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to hire a property management company.

I found the representative to be not invested in my property. I used them for two weeks and was disappointed in finding out my lights were left on and the curtains were not drawn. Now whoever walked by would see that the house is vacant. When I brought this up with the representative there wasn’t any acknowledgement at all. I enlisted this company with trust. I was disappointed that I had to go out of my way to get to the property and take care of the lights and the curtain. A neighbor phoned to tell me of this issue.

Not a company you wanna use! They are very pro till you tell them you found ur own tenant or not satisfy with their placement. They will say Anything to get you sign even not true! They Will Ask More then their commissions! There Are Hidden fees! Now because I didn't like their placement and found my own. They are screwing with my credits trying to force me pay! I’m trying to sue this company, so just wanna put this out there for people who cares about what they steeping in to.

This is one of the best management firms I've worked with. Their professionalism is first rate and I was impressed with their commitment to communication and reliability. Their thoroughness was impressive. They made the process very simple and straight to the point.I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
