    Interior Demolition

    We purchased an older home and contracted MAGCOR DEMOLITION to bring the entire home back down to the studs. The crew was on time every day, extremely professional, completely focused on their work, organized, and a real pleasure to be around. We highly recommend this company if you require demolition work! They go above and beyond and continuously consult with you through the process.

    Complete 2700 sq ft interior demolition

    I unfortunately did not know about Magcor Demo, until after I was completely stood up by another demo company THE DAY the work was supposed to start. Within a day Mike was at the house, scoped out the work, gave an incredibly fair and competitive price. 2 weeks later the house was completely demoed top to bottom. Mike and his team at Magcor were nothing short of amazing to work with, from the first phone call to the last nail removed in the house. They worked efficiently, very cleanly and most importantly quickly! The work was finished ahead of schedule! I would highly recommend Magcor demo for anyone looking for a demo company for there renovation project.

    Porch demo

    It was time for a porch renovation! I reached out to Mike! Sent me 2 of his qualified guys! Job accomplished within 1/2 day! And within my budget. Extremely thorough and great clean up job! Well done Magcor! Definitely recommend magcor Demolition and will use them for any future work!

    Removal of Buried Pool

    We needed to demolish and remove an old pool that was buried in our backyard. Mike was very responsive from the get-go and continued to be during the process. His crew is super respectful, hard-working and honest. The old pool had super thick concrete walls, so this made the project 3 times longer than they anticipated. Despite this, Mike still billed me for the original quote. I would not hesitate to use these guys.

    2 Bathroom Demolition

    Mike and team did a perfect job. They covered all of the floors, as well as, condo hallways. Team was very efficient and completed the work sooner than expected. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone

    Bloor west

    magcor did an excellent job! The owner Mike and everyone on his crew was very professional. My client and I are extremely happy with the results! I would definitely recommend their services

    Second floor renovation

    We contacted MAGCOR for our second floor renovation. They came to see the project immediately and provided us with a price. Not only professional but they stuck to our budget and actually completed the project ahead of their scheduled time. I would recommend anyone looking for a demolition company to MAGCOR. Best experience we’ve ever had.

    Basement Project

    From the day we met with Michael, he explained the entire process in detail and made us feel extremely comfortable. They were actually slightly more than other prices we got and we don’t regret it for one minute! I would use them again on any demolition project we need and would refer them to anyone we know. MAGCOR truly was a great team to do business with!

    Demolition

    I cannot speak highly enough of Mike and his team. Honest professionals, who care about quality work and building relationships with their clients. We have renovated multiple homes in the past, and have dealt with a number of services and people. This team stands out above the rest. It’s so important to trust the people you work with - I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to reno, and will continue to work with him in future projects. Through demo, solid clean up afterwards, efficient work ethic, reasonably priced. Through and through: exceptional work by exceptional people.

    Home reno

    Beyond finishing the job within the given time period, the place was left spotless. Michael And his team we’re professional and worked in a timely manner. They accommodated us and we’re readily available whenever we had questions.
