    Moving service (short distance within 50km): 10 km
    Worst experience ever. The team of three that came to our house was the farthest thing away from professional movers as possible. The lead guy- the driver did not know how to park his truck, nor did he know how to pack a house. It was like watching the 3- stooges or Jim Carrey & Jeff Daniels (they starred in an old comedy movie about 2 guys that find some money). 11 hours total for a 2 bedroom house. The three guys worked and walked very slow. As if to pad the $175/ hr rate. They did not have any type of cutting tool to cut tape and had to use heir teeth. Additionally, the company does not have a “Pre Payments” license in the province of Alberta. Meaning they are not allowed to ask for a deposit over $200 dollars and your deposit is not insured by the province.. Damage is limited to $50 per issue. Beware of this company.

    Had a short notice move that had to be done, they did it in a quick efficient manner, would use them again if needed.

    2 bedroom apartment

    This was te most horrific move, we had a 2 bedroom apartment , we took our clothes, dishes, pots and pans previously, we had 3 guys 11 hours to move us, we moved 3 minutes to our new apartment, when they came upstairs from loading the elevator, there was a pot smell, we ended up telling them to leave, it took us another week to move our patio, pictures and other items to move ourselves , I would never rec this company to anyone, we talked to the owner, and he refused to give us any discount for this outrageous price (just short of $2000

    Move out, Storage and Move In

    We used personal movers to do a move out, storage and move in. The service was great and the movers were very careful to cause any damages. The communication with Alfred was great. He was very informative and provided us with lots of guidance and advice throughout the process.

    The Best Movers in Calgary!

    I hired this company to assist with moving my elderly mother to a seniors' home and helping her pack. Since I couldn't be there to help much, I relied on their services completelyand I'm so glad I did. They were incredibly reliable and did an outstanding job. My mother was very happy with them, which meant the world to me. I would definitely hire you guys again without hesitation. The moving team (Daniel, Leo, Gleb, Viktor) from Personal Movers made a challenging situation much easier with their professionalism and care.

    Poor service

    Some of the workers are vulgar, careless and disrespectful. There is no accountability for the behaviour of the workers . What they tell you at the beginning is not necessarily what will happen.Poor repair of the damages they cause. Also, ridiculous compensation for the losses.

    Fast, efficient, and great to work with

    Ruben and his team were amazing. Would strongly recommend when to anyone planning a move. They needed less time than initially estimated which was great. They took every precaution to ensure our things were taken care of during the move. A++ would move again.

    Storage and Moving services - Amazing, very happy!

    Our experience with Personal Movers for storage and moving services was fantastic. Their prices were fair, and we were relieved that everything arrived without a scratch.
