    Moving.

    Movers were courteous and efficient. Everything arrived safely. They were able to do the job with only a few days notice.

    Complicated move

    I needed furniture picked up from four different locations, then brought to our acreage outside Calgary. We then needed furniture from our cabin taken back to two locations in Calgary. Movers were kind, and patient, and very efficient both moving and driving to different locations. Our furniture was handled carefully and loaded in the truck strategically. The booking process was straight forward and all communications with the company were clear and concise. We'd hire Personal Movers again, with no hesitation whatsoever. Also, their hourly rate was the fairest we could find for a BBB accredited mover (up to $70 less per hour for a cube van and two movers) without the many additional charges other companies were quoting, which ultimately saved us hundreds of dollars.

    Move from my home to new address

    On time, polite, considerate, efficient,co-operative, provided explanations, did not waste time! Rueben and Mike were awesome and I have recommended them to the new owners of my home for their move. Thanks to both of them

    Move and storage

    Very happy with these movers. I needed to move a number of household (estate) furniture items into storage about 10 miles from home. Pain free. On the day of the move, they let me know that another job had finished early and checked to see if it was ok to arrive earlier than scheduled. They quickly surveyed what was to be moved and determined the best / safest way to load it. All the pieces were covered with proper moving blankets, taped to keep in place. Once on site at the storage location, they figured out the best way to load the pieces into the relatively small storage space, for the best use of space, ease of access, protection of furniture. They were able to use my "blankets" at site for protection in storage They were willing to listen to a couple of my suggestions, e.g. on where to place a large mirror in storage. Actually, that politeness/ non-patronizing attitude was a pleasant change from what often occurs. They also "moved" one piece into the nearby garbage that would have been too heavy for me to lift. They have a 2 hour minimum for moves, and have a flat travel rate charge. We agreed on their start time - they were done in 2 hours 15 minutes. The only thing I might suggest is that they calculate part hours based on 15 minute increments not 30 minutes. But still, very happy, and would certainly use them again if the need arose.

    Apartment move

    Home Moving Service

    Had Personal Movers help us to move in August 2019. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and according to the initial hourly quote. To start, Ruben and Mike arrived exactly on time. They did a great job of moving heavy furniture around the tight stairs corner. I saw they padded the furniture well inside the moving truck. They are also very friendly and approachable. At the end, I would say they moved the furniture efficiently. I would recommend them to any moving needs to my friends.

    New Home

    Unloading a shipping container full of cabinets, quartz, very heavy items in 2 separate units. Guys stayed until the job was done on a very hot day.

    Apartment move

    Hired 2 movers and a 3 ton truck for $85/hour. Ruben & Mike were both great. Arrived on time, very efficient throughout the process, careful with the fragile goods. It was a pleasure to work with them, and I would highly recommend to anyone I know who is looking for movers in the Calgary office.

    Moving

    Unload a full condo furniture and boxes that arrived in Calgary from Toronto.

    Service was excellent, arrived on time and very professional. Highly recommended and I will use them again.
