    Highly recommend this firm and their professionalism

    Seamless. From the initial conversation around dates and confirming our booking through to the finality of our move, excellent. Every piece of furniture wrapped in pads and taped. Sofa, stretch wrapped. Superior attention to detail. We “downsized” from a two storey to another location with two sets of stairs. At no point did the crew utter a voice of discontent choosing instead to be helpful and interactive. A very long day for all involved and through to the end the team remained amazing. Management called when the job was completed to ensure our satisfaction and enquire regarding one or two rare antiques. Highly recommend this firm and their professionalism. We could have found “cheaper” but in the end, the truth is you get what you pay for.

    1BR Suite move

    Would be 10/10 but a there was a delay in start time due to a late move the day before and one driver wasn’t vaccinated prevented entry into the seniors complex at the delivery point which caused a small delay but could have been an issue on a larger move. Fortunately, it was a small move so delays were minimal. Importantly, the movers showed at the adjusted time, worked hard and efficiently with a good attitude and they ultimately did a very good job.

    1 bedroom apartment move

    Reuben and Dante were amazing, polite, friendly, professional and very efficient. The move was stress free and done in a timely manner. They ensured all my belongings were safely secured and helped setting up the parts of the apartment I asked them to. Great service! Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone I know moving.

    The movers were polite, efficient, fast working and very careful with my stuff. They were also on time.

    Moving services

    Great experience! The movers were fantastic to work with, I would recommend. Personal Movers made the moving process less stressful then I had thought it would be. We found out on the day of the move that the truck had to park down the street from actual move location no fault of the movers, just procedure of the condo I was moving from. Which was upsetting to me and I felt so bad, but the movers handled it well and did not complain with the distance to which they had to carry. Very thankful and appreciate all they did! Thank you.

    Home move

    Pleasant , organized, on time, systematic approach, clear expectations. Helped with some bed set up. Would definitely use again.

    Would recommend in a heartbeat!

    Husayn, Imran, Yohannes were amazing movers! They were quick, thorough and respectful. They took the time to lay protective runners on our floors, protected all of our furniture, and carefully moved each item to its place in our new home. We highly recommend them for your next move as I am sure you will not be disappointed.

    Once again amazing moving service!

    We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended. The movers arrived to our house on time and were very pleasant to deal with. Alfred (our moving consultant) kept us informed via e-mails, text messages and phone calls and helped us through the process and was very thorough with the estimate. On the day, the movers arrived exactly at the time as we expected them, were all very friendly, worked exceptionally hard all day (12 hours) without a single complaint in extreme cold conditions, were very careful with our stuff and brand new hardwood floors, placed floor mats to protect them and generally went above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend Personal Movers for your next move!! We will for sure use you guys again for our future move, thank yoU! Happy Holidays!

    Calgary to Edmonton Move

    I used this company to help my parents with their move out of the city. Husayn, Yohanes and Daniel supported us with the move, and they were fantastic- efficient, quick, attentive, answered all our questions, handled all our items with care and were very transparent about any additional costs before accepting the service. Alfred from customer service was great too- thoroughly went through the packing service and was very responsive up until the move. Overall, very happy with the company and will use again should we need moving services in the future.

    Great movers!

    The 3 guys were professional, nice, packed/wrapped items with care, and did it all as quickly and efficiently as possible. Would highly recommend if you're looking for movers or packers.
