    Foundation Crack

    Had a foundation crack which resulted in water in my basement. Posted msg Sunday eve on Homestars for service needed, Ian called me back Monday morning. He came out to see home Monday afternoon and quickly assessed problem and provided me with options and prices Monday eve. The work was completed as soon as weather warmed up. His brother came by and did the work and was done in about 4 hours. Clean job, fast, back filled hole and took pictures to show me all the work they did. About 1 hour after work was completed, Ian called me back to discuss what was done and relay that they are confident they sealed leak, but also said to call him if I notice any water penetrating the area and advised they would come back if needed.

    Fence removal and foundation crack repair..

    Adam arrived on time, had wooden fence removed and crack repaired in just 2 hrs. Site left clean. Consulted for a couple of other jobs for the spring. Would definitely recommend.

    Water Leaks, General Repairs

    Adam and Ian sealed and repaired foundation leaks both at a window well and against the front entrance to my house and dug out and rebuilt the stone patio. They checked and repaired drywall that had been damaged by the water leaking. They have also done fence, gate and eavestrough repair. Their prices are competitive and all work was done on schedule, professionally and satisfactorily. I will definitely call them for future projects and have no hesitation recommending them.

    Window Leak

    Just a few days after moving in to our new (old) house, there was water leaking through the basement wall. We contacted this company and Adam replied quickly that he would come and check it out. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be just a leaky window seal. He came by to do the repair, and so far we haven't had any further trouble with our basement wall. Fingers crossed this was it! I'd definitely call Adam again if we need more help with issues in the house.

    Amazing work inside and out

    I had water leaking from an outside wall on the second story of my house. The water had damaged not only the trim around the window, but the drywall inside my bedroom and into my garage as well. After contacting several other contractors, Ian came by and explained what he would do and how he would fix it. He and his brother it an amazing job! They sealed all the leaks, replaced the trim around the windows and facade. After everything was completed, you could never tell any damage was done. All the work perfectly done! I'd highly recommend them to my friends and have them do any future work.

    Home Restoration

    I would highly recommend "Structural Restoration Systems"! Adam and his brother, Ian displayed wonderful workmanship in restoring my home. They worked proficiently repairing and restoring crumbling bricks, tuck-pointing the mortar between bricks, filling cracks on my front step, and parging the foundation. From start to finish they were very professional and courteous in completing all jobs efficiently. I was also more than pleased with the clean-up. It was impeccable!     Front porch

    Adam and his team were a total pleasure to deal with. His assessment of the problem and subsequent solutions were bang on! The workmanship and cleanliness of the job site were of particular note. The team was prompt and proceeded without delay. The consideration of a follow up was also greatly appreciated, just to make sure things were as planned.     Small portion of fence with gate

    Recently had fence and gate installed. Excellent job! Very satisfied with the work done. I love the look of it, and have had compliments from my neighbors. The very nicest of people to deal with.     Backyard Wooden Fence

    Adam was incredibly professional! His communication was consistent and prompt. He was always punctual and quoted us a reasonable time line for the project. His craftsmanship was impressive! We couldn't be happier with our fence!

    Fence replacement

    SRS took down the old fence between our yard and our neighbours and replaced it with a new and very much improved new one! All work was excellent and the new fence looks great. Highly recommend SRS for their reliability and attention to detail.
