    Leaky Shower Repair

    I wish to thank both Adam who came to assess the situation with our ensuite shower and come up with a game plan on repairing the leak and the damage caused and Eric who performed the repairs. Adam had deduced that water was getting through the grout around the shower sill(threshold) from inside the shower and that the sill had not been installed properly in the first place allowing water to escape to the outside. This caused the adjacent wall on either side of the door to deteriorate to the point whereby causing mould. Eric came on the scheduled day and time as promised and completed the repairs on time all the while updating me as he went along. Their pricing for the job was both responsible and competitive. I just preferred their plan of attack. I would definitely recommend to all to give them a try. You will not be disappointed. I plan on calling them again. Thank you again Adam and Eric.

    Fence Installation

    It was only a small project, but Ian and his team did such a fantastic job on our partial fence installation. The workmanship is fantastic, and they were able to install much sooner that I had thought they would. Ian was in constant contact with me, and answered every single one of my questions. Couldn't be more happy with the outcome and Structural Restoration Systems would be my first call for any other jobs I have!

    New fence and driveway; removal of shed, etc.

    Ian and SRS did an excellent job of building a new fence, putting in a new driveway, and clearing the old shed and junk from the backyard. Despite my unusual requests and quite rigorous specifications, SRS fulfilled my requirements and made my backyard look much better than I expected it would. They listened to what I was asking for, checked with me while doing the work and, in response, made modifications in the ongoing work. They were very pleasant to work with; I would recommend them without hesitation; and I expect to hire them for additional work next spring. Thanks again for the work!

    Leaked basement fixed!

    Ian and Adam were very professional from start to finish. I had water leaking into my basement during the big thaw. Ian came and identified the problem quickly - crack on my basement wall. Even though it was a small job, he did not forget about my problem, and kept the promise, he was also able to accomodate my not so flexible schedule. On the day of repair, they came on time and fixed the problem efficiently. There were couple heavy rain falls since then, and I did not see a problem yet. I really hope it lasts. Overall, I would definitely recommand their service, and will use their service again for future project.

    Back Yard Fence Replacement

    Need a new fence or to replace an old fence in your backyard, look no further! Structural Restoration Systems was one of the very best contractors I have worked with in more than 25 years of renovating at my home! I called Adam, explained what I wanted, arranged for a quote and he made time to see me the very same day. He was friendly, polite, professional, easy to work with as I made arrangements for my neighbour and myself for a very reasonable rate. Adam and his brother Ian came exactly when he said they would, the work was completed within the dates provided, careful of my existing stonework, clean-up was good and the brothers were extremely accommodating ... all within 2 weeks! We had a small issue with the gates to our yards and when I called Ian, no concern. Again, he came when he said, requested no additional payment and resolved our issues to our full satisfaction! An absolute pleasure to work with and highly recommend!

    Pocket door fix

    We couldn’t be more pleased with how efficiently and neatly Eric brought our wonky pocket door back to smooth and precise functioning. The job was also squeezed into the schedule which was also very much appreciated. I would recommend SRS any day.

    Chminey Repairs

    I contacted Adam and was quick to receive a reply and arrange to have a quote almost immediately. Although this is the beginning of his busy season he was more than willing to accommodate my request to have my two rather neglected chimneys repaired. he was prompt and all the work required was completed on time and very professionally done, Adam answered any questions I had concerning the work required as well as offering to help with any future projects I might require. I am more than satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend him and his company. Thanks for a great job Adam. Doug.

    Shower stall repairs

    Our stand alone shower had an issue with water gathering along the edge where the glass meets the sill of the threshold. It was incorrectly installed by the original contractor and caused a problem with mold build up and water damage to the sill and shower floor. Eric, Adam and Ian did an amazing job of assessing the problem and coming up with a quick and cost effective fix. It required removing and a 12 foot high glass panel, removing and rebuilding the threshold and sill, reinstalling the glass and cleaning up the tile and grout that was affected. Eric worked very quickly and efficiently and the work area was kept very clean. When he was done the shower looked like new! Great job SRS team!!

    Bathroom and upstairs reno

    Adam was referred to us by a friend who had his bathroom renovated by SRS. We did a full bathroom gut, new hardwood through out the upstairs, pot lights, new doors, trim and paint. We were quite pleased with the work completed by Adam and his team. Eric who was at the house everyday was a pleasure to have around, and his work was wonderful. They were quite accommodating to requests we had, and would always ask for guidance when we encountered a step in the process that could have a few different outcomes. Their knowledge, skill, professionalism and accountability are outstanding. In the future if we have any renovation jobs, I will definitely be asking Adam and the team at SRS to do the work.

    Basement Rennovation

    Adam and his team did a a complete basement rennovation and they did and awesome job! They did a full demo, new floors, dricore subfloor, painted, built a bathroom, tiling of a fireplace, remade the home gym, new laundry room and custom dog shower! I would highly recommend Adam for any sort of home renovation! They were professional, on schedule and on budget and they have done very high quality work. Keep up the great work!
