    Basement renovation

    I was blessed to find Elite building and construction. Mazin was a god send, he was able to stick within my budget and give me exactly what I wanted. Steve gave me a 3 piece bathroom a very spacious living room with a tv accent wall and a beautiful kitchen. Steve was so wonderful to speak too and he was so courteous. Mazin and steve made us feel like family. Loved them and their work.

    Kitchen renovation

    Elite renovated our kitchen and main floor in our new house, the quote was fair and the work was solid. Karl was awesome from beginning to end, nicest guy ever he really is. There were a couple of delays due to covid but in the end it was worth it. The whole mainfloor was transformed and looks like a new house. Mazin was great too, whenever I had questions or concerns about the project he was quick to respond and resolve.

    Total Renovation

    Amazing!!! Mazin is a pleasure to work with. He got everything done on time and on budget. Looks great. Highly recommended.

    Kitchen&bath

    Elite had done it again, they completely remodeled our kitchen & bathroom including replacing all flooring and trim. We were living at the house while they did the renovation - they kept the project super clean and were extremely professionals. Thank you Elite team for making our dream home a reality

    Remodelling renovation and painting

    I purchased a 1920’s home in Stipley and hired the Elite team to oversee the remodel and renovation of the entire home. From demolition to completion, the team worked with me and all of my countless changes, unflinchingly and with a lot of patience. Mazin and Karl are super sweet guys. They’ve got great resources for the finishes I needed. I’m very happy.

    THE CONTRACTOR we will keep using

    Mazin and his team did a great job for our home reno, so we returned to him for another project. He gave us honest advice to help us stay in budget. And his team completed the work on time with profession. For sure, we will use them again, and we highly recommend their services.

    Blueboard installation in bathroom

    Did a good job patching my popcorn ceiling but did a terrible job installing 4 pieces of drywall in my bathroom. Broken corners , incomplete screwing torn paper and a piece broken off one board. Also left my house full of dust and cleaned up in my sink which was left a mess. Would not recommend them at all. I could have done a better job myself.

    Resurface ceiling

    Karl was recommended to me by a friend. He came with a colleague to quote the job and give me an outline of what would be done and how long it would take. Everyone from this company was exceptionally polite, friendly and professional. The job was done very well.So pleased with the outcome and will highly recommend this company to anyone. No changes to the original quote, which was very competitive.

    Bathrooms

    Elite Construction renovated 3 of our bathrooms. They turned out beautifully and they did it on time and on budget. The best part was that the workers were all a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt, polite and friendly. They cleaned up each day before they left. I would not hesitate to recommend Mazin and his team to anyone.

    Kitchen and Living room renovation

    I loved the work of this company !!! They did the renovation of my living room and my kitchen, excellent service, very up to date with the times, good prices, I loved the quality of the work, I really highly recommend them.
