I am extremely happy and satisfied by the work by 2 gentlemen that arrived at my house . I remember one of the gentleman's name Danny but I don't remember the other one ( sorry :() Danny was very professional and polite and did an outstanding job. My air duct was really dirty, me and my family was breathing with bad-quality air but Thanks to professional crew of Golden Line Green Care Cleaning Company which cleaned my air duct properly! Whole service took about 2 hours for air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning for (4 rooms, hallway and staircase). All Corners of the rooms/hallway/staircase of the Carpet were still dirty. It didn't look it was done or wash properly. We were told not go upstairs because it will take 3 hours to dry but it took much longer than that. After 5 hours we couldn’t even walk on it. It was extremely wet. Air Duct cleaning was very quick. It was done less than half hour. The setup took longer than any of the cleaning. We had a free promotion to get the dry vent or central vacuum done, we choose dry vent but this couldn't get completed because our vent from outside was blocked. So the technician did the central vacuum instead. Honestly i wasn't watching him, he did it through the garage and left without telling us he was complete. I guess never pay in full especially in CASH until ALL full service were completed and checked. Best is to inspect and stick around any contractors to make sure all area are covered.

We hired the company to do a few jobs for us, as we just moved into the apartment and the condition wasn't up to our liking. We needed three jobs to be done: 1. Carpet cleaning in the bedroom 2. Tile cleaning in the bathroom 3. Tile and grout cleaning in the kitchen The first thing we noticed was the professional approach the employee took in handling the cleaning products and the equipment. After the job was done he ensured that we are happy with the job prior to payment. Would definetely hire again for another cleaning service. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Golden Line Green Care. Our ducts were cleaned very quickly and efficiently and they also cleaned our dryer vent as part of a promotion. One thing that really stood out was how patient the gentleman was when having to figure out how to park the van close enough to our house on our very crowded and busy street. I would recommend them to friends and family.

This company got recommended to me by a friend who was really satisfied with their job. We had Golden line come out to clean our carpets that were in a really bad shape, I thought I would have to get new carpets everywhere but they got them cleaned beyond my expectations.
