I've been experiencing ongoing issues with my heat pump ever since BreezeCome installed it for me about a year ago. Despite reaching out multiple times to my sales representative and BreezeCome's administration, I haven't received any attention or assistance. The heat pump is running without producing heat, resulting in significant electricity wastage. In fact, I've had to turn it off altogether due to these issues. BreezeCome's after-sales support has been extremely disappointing; it seems they only prioritize customer care until they secure your business.

Just purchased this water purifier from breezecome and its amazing! Its very convenient cause this water purifier can produce both hot and cold water, and the water tastes good. The service from breezecome is also great, technicians are very friendly and professional. Will highly recommend to my family and friends~!

The installation work process were very smoothly and well done. My property remain very clean and clear after the installation. Michieal install the attric insulation, and explaine me the furture maintenance need. Aken go though the knowhow operation of my new furnace and heat pump. I am amazing by the almost none noise when the heap pump runs cooling air conditioning. I am very happy with the work and service done by BreezeCome as always.
