Tianna was able to have Riley( the drain tiles specialist) come to our home within 24 hours of our call. Riley was efficient, knowledgeable and went out of his way to do extra work to ensure that everything was flowing properly and he even did an extra work request to unplug downstairs bathroom sink. He was amazing and we hope to see him again for our next project.Answer from pro:

Dave (Homewise owner) responded to my email service request quickly and also discussed my situation with me in the phone in a very helpful way. He dispatched Riley, who repaired the leaking water dispenser line on our fridge. He did it professionally and efficiently and was friendly and explained the problem and the solution very clearly.Answer from pro:

The service was great (David was the plumber). On time, quick, very helpful. Couldn't ask for better! Thank You. Only thing you could do better is payment. Everyone (I think) has access to 'on-line banking', which allows me to send payment directly to your company's account. It takes only seconds to send a payment! (no passwords needed). You need to contact your bank to get on the list of 'payees'. Currently you do not appear to be on the list (I checked). This is a very old system of customer-to-organization payment. I would think everyone is on it by now? It works beautifully.Answer from pro:

We do indeed love to be paid via Etransfer. Beside that we have a link for payment that goes directly to a customer's account on QuickBooks. We could not agree with you more that in these times, some excellent digital options are available between client and service provider. I think there was an unusual delay factor in your case just because our service app doesn't behave well beyond the cell coverage area.
