Jason saved me hundreds of dollars and my sanity. My main shut off valve started leaking profusely. I managed to slow the leak by closing the valve and wrapping it with a lot of tape. I called the town of Oakville thinking they'd take care of it since the valve is behind the water meter. Nope. Cost of turning off the water would have been nothing less than 200 plus dollars (depending on the time of day) and had to be scheduled along side a plumber. I connected with Jason over Homestars and he talked me through how to fix the problem myself. The man didn't even step into my house and he fixed my plumbing emergency. He recommended adding another shutoff valve after the meter which I'll schedule with him after the holidays. He's a plumbing saint of a man!

I hired Jason to replace the fill valve and flapper in my toilet and when he discovered serious faults in the supply line he replaced that too, no additional charge, avoiding a potential plumbing disaster that would have cost considerably more to fix. Consider Jason the go-to guy for plumbing repair. No need to look any further. He's very knowledgeable, responds quickly, and works equally fast and efficiently. He charges a fair price and provides service above and beyond. I was impressed to learn he is a 2nd. generation plumber with over 30 years experience. I'll definitely hire him again.

Ive had the pleasure of using them 3 times already and although no one like calling a plumber will continue to do so when needed .
