    Sprinkler servicing

    Robin and his team have been servicing my sprinkler system for over 4 years now and their service has been nothing short of fantastic. He would always call me ahead of time for winterizing the sprinklers because I usually forget to call him. Besides that, I have had a few instances when I had some minor issues with the hardware. Upon calling Robin, he’s always quick and polite to respond, he would either walk me how to troubleshoot it over the phone or if he thinks he would need to come and repair it himself, he would do that within the same or maximum next day. I find that really exceptional about his service. Most other sprinkler pros would likely brush you off because it’s high season for them but even after 4 years of dealing with Robin, I am always highly impressed by his customer service. Highly recommend for your next job!

    Lawn sprinkler system installation

    I could not be happier with the superb service I received from Robin, Esho and the New Visions crew. At each stage of the process - providing the initial quote (very reasonable) to installing the sprinkler system to demonstrating how to use the remote app - Robin was punctual, courteous, meticulous and went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with every aspect of the installation. I was very impressed with how careful the crew was in bringing the appearance of my lawn back to its pre-installation state. Also, Robin was kind enough to return to my home the next day to show me how to use the app, since I was with a client in my home when the crew finished the installation the day before. THANK YOU ROBIN ! I am looking forward to calling Robin for regular maintenance visits in the fall and spring. I wish that I could give New Visions Irrigation Inc. 11/10 - they are simply the best of the best !!!

    Irrigation installation

    Robin and his team did a deat installation. They were prompt in responses to our queries and visited us personally to explain the system. We highly recommend this team to every one.

    Professional and Quality work

    Robin and his team are very professional and did their job with perfect quality. They also fixed a leaking faucet for free. The lawn looks great after 2 weeks. Thanks guys, Vijay

    Sprinkler Activation

    I Hired New Visions first time this year for the spring opening of our lawn sprinklers. Robin and his team were very helpful from start to end of project. Their customer service is exceptional!! Their work and effort are superior to all the other Companies I dealt with. I highly recommend New Visions! Robin was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Robin for your patience in coming back several times to ensure system was working properly and thank you for solving the electrical issue.

    Robin and his crew are always on time and are very professional. Very good value for the services provided. Extremely happy with all work performed and always recommend New Visions to friends and neighbours.

    Excellent job and excellent service

    I highly recommend Robin and his crew for your sprinkler installation. The whole project from start to end went flawlessly and I am very very satisfied with the outcome. They worked clean and professionally and even went out of their way to accommodate some requests of mine while completing the project. Do not hesitate to contact them.
