    Irrigation installation

    We make a rush appointment with new vision Irrigation Inc due to weather, and they tried their best to fulfill our requirements. Roben and Esho are patient to explain every details about this project. The whole team are really professional to finish work in time. I would definitely work with them again for any irrigation project in future.

    New system in established backyard

    I chose this company based on the reviews and all I can say is the hype is real! From the super flexible quote around a busy family schedule to the flexible install time - everything was first rate. Robin and team were outstanding, courteous and professional. The quality of work done was first rate. After the installation since I wasn’t around he came back to show me in great detail (because I wanted the detail) each and every sprinkler head. In addition, came at a time that was convenient to me for full tour and payment. The best part is I had a previous home and had installed a lesser system 6 years ago and spent more money than I did today! Robin and Team are going to come back and make a few more tweaks just because I’m picky. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

    Lawn Sprinkler System

    We’ve been a client with New Visions Irrigation Inc. for over 5 years. Personally, when I get people to come on our propert to conduct any form of business related to work I prefer respectful, well-mannered, reliable and trustworthy professionals. New Visions employees including the managers are absolutely a perfect example of all the points I mentioned above. They are very well mannered and are always there when we need them for the most smallest things. There have times where they conduct regular customer checks and with no service fee involved. They are there not just for the money but to provide us as their customer any sort of support regarding our sprinkler system. We are very happy with their service and and we will be their customer for many years to come. 5 star service.

    Sprinkler system

    I was very pleased with the service from Robin and his team. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. I would recommend New Vision Irrigation’s to anyone looking for a sprinkler system.

    Water sprinkler installation

    It was really easy to coordinate with Robin. His team is very proficient and good at what they do. Did a perfect job. Highly satisfied and would recommend to others.

    Great Experience with the Sprinkler Installation...HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE!

    Among the many contractors I had contacted for our sprinkler installation, I chose New Visions Irrigation because they are very prompt on the agreed schedule from our first meeting for the estimate to the actual day of work and even to doing any minor fixing. Robin and Esho...nothing else I can say about them other than they are VERY professional, courteous, honest, knowledgeable in sprinkler installation, and easy to dealt with. On top of this when you call them, they quickly answer your call. And just yesterday, I texted Robin for minor adjustment on the newly installed system, and that very same day, Esho came to fix it. Hats off to the team of Robin and Esho...you guys exemplify the true meaning of quality service! Totally recommendable!!!

    ROBIN IS THE BATMAN OF SPRINKLERS!!!

    ROBIN ROBIN ROBIN! WHAT ELSE CAN BE SAID. THIS MAN IS THE MOST HELPFUL, CARING, KIND AND PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL I HAVE BEEN AROUND IN A WHILE. I MUST HAVE CONTACTED 100 COMPANIES FOR QUOTES ON IRRIGATION SYSTEMS. NOT ONLY WAS NEW VISIONS AND ROBIN THE FIRST TO REPLY...THEY ALSO HAD A VERY PROFESSIONAL AUTOMATED E-MAIL SAYING THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME ASAP WHICH WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. ROBIN TOOK LESS THAN 24 HOURS TO THAN PROVIDE ME A QUOTE AND WAS VERY DETAIL AND THOROUGH WITH HIS QUOTE. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ROBINS QUOTE AND THE OTHER GUYS OUT THERE WAS THAT HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE QUOTE IN SIMPLE TERMS FOR ME AND HE ALSO LET ME KNOW WHAT I NEEDED VS. WHAT I DID NOT NEED. THE MAIN REASON I WENT WITH ROBIN AND NEW VISIONS IRRIGATION WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE (ON TOP OF COURSE OF THE KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONALISM). ROBIN WOULD ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS WITHIN MINUTES ANYTIME I ASKED HIM ANYTHING ON WHATS APP! NOT SURE HOW HE WAS ABLE TO RESPOND SO QUICKLY AT ALL TIMES OF DAY (AND NIGHT) BUT I WILL NOT QUESTION THE MANS METHODS. ROBIN ALWAYS THANKED ME EVERYTIME I ASKED HIM SOMETHING (REALLY i SHOULD BE THANKING HIM) AND HE WAS SO POLITE EVEN IF I ASKED THE SAME QUESTION TWICE OR SOMETHING VERY RUDIMENTARY. THIS IS HOW HE DISTINGUISHED HIMSELF VS. THE OTHER IRRIGATION COMPANIES. IF I EMAILED OR TEXTED OTHERS, THEY WOULD TAKE A DAY OR TWO TO REPLY AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS NOT AS THOROUGH. AS WELL THEY WOULD OVER TIME GET IRRITATED WITH ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. I AM SORRY I HAD TO ASK SO MANY QUESTIONS BUT BEING A RELATIVELY YOUNG HOUSE OWNER I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT I AM GETTING INTO AND HOW EVERYTHING WORKS. ROBIN UNDERSTOOD THIS AND OUR CONSTANT BACK AND FORTH COMMUNICATION WAS PROOF OF HOW MUCH HE VALUED MY BUSINESS BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY ME AS A PERSON. ROBIN EVEN TOOK IT A STEP FURTHER AND VISITED OUR HOUSE PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION OF THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM (AGAIN NO OTHER COMPETITORS DID THIS FOLLOW UP). HE HELPED EXPLAIN WHERE THE SPRINKLERS WOULD SPRAY AND BROKE DOWN THE ZONE COVERAGE. HE ALSO TESTED OUR TAP PRESSURE AT THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE AND DETERMINED THE WATER PRESSURE WOULD NOT BE STRONG ENOUGH. THEREFORE THEY WOULD RUN IT THROUGH THE BASEMENT (NO ONE ELSE GAVE US THIS OPTION). AGAIN I APPRECIATE ALL THE UPFRONT WORK HE DID AND I DEFINITELY FELT SAFE WITH HIS WORKMANSHIP. ON THE DAY OF, ROBINS BUSINESS PARTNER ESHO DID THE INSTALLATION. HE DID A THOROUGH JOB AND EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO WORK THE SYSTEM THROUGH THE WIFI CONTROLLER. ESHO TOOK THE TIME AND CARE TO MAKE SURE ALL THE SPRINKLER HEADS WERE FUNCTIONING AND HE EVEN SPENT AN EXTRA TEN MINS SPREADING GRASS SEED FOR ME (ON HIS BARE KNEES) AND THEN WATERING IT! ROBIN AND ESHO AND THE WHOLE TEAM AT NEW VISIONS IRRIGATION HAVE BEEN A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEIR WORK TO ANYONE ELSE LOOKING FOR A SPRINKLER SYSTEM. I KNEW FROM DAY ONE I COULD RELY ON THEM AND HAVING SOMEONE WHO CAN QUICKLY RESPOND TO YOU AND ACTION YOUR NEEDS IS VERY IMPORTANT WHEN IT COMES TO AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM. BECAUSE OF THIS I CHOSE NEW VISIONS IRRIGATION! THANK YOU!!!

    Lawn irrigation

    Large Corner Lot Installation

    Robyn and his team did an excellent job with the sprinkler system installation at our large corner property. Robyn quickly and effectively responded to my questions and concerns via text or call usually under 10 minutes. The initial date for the system install was rained-out, Robyn kept me informed and promptly set alternative days to finish the installation in two visits. I would highly recommend New Visions Irrigation for professional, prompt and courteous service.

    Fantastic Experience

    We posted that we were interested in an irrigation system for our yard. Robin came the next day to quote, and was very pleasant to deal with. He offered us a great system at a great price. We just had the installation today, and the entire crew was quick and professional - but most importantly did an excellent, clean job. They explained the system completely, and we couldn't be more pleased.
