    Amazing customer service with a smile

    Robin and his team installed sprinklers (4 zones) in the front and back of my property last year. This was after researching Homestars and Google for 2 weeks on other companies. I couldn't have asked for a better team. They were diligent, hard working and excellent in providing solutions. I have also referred them to my office colleagues who were also amazed at their quality of product and service. Robin has been in touch during the year to see if all the sprinklers are in working order and his after sales service is THE BEST in this niche. Thank you so much Robin.

    Very professional and helpful company

    Robin from New Visions is very professional and helpful. They installed a four zone sprinkler system and gave us the right suggestions when deciding how to route the pipes. A month after the work was done, we needed to re-route one of the pipes and Robin with his team stopped by to do it without any charge! Always a good feeling working with great companies like New Visions!

    Post Installation and Repair Service

    We will highly recommend New Visions Irrigation!!! Their customer service is impeccable! Our irrigation system was installed by Robin and Esho 5 years ago. But even until now, when we contact Robin for any issue regarding the system, we'll get a quick response from him either thru text or call. He is so patient in answering messages and not to mention the professionalism and courtesy he always demonstrates in every interaction we had with him. With other trades people that we had dealt before, once work is done, they don't usually respond to text messages or call...they'll ghost you and pretty much you are on your own. But not with Robin and his team, they'll provide you the assistance you needed even after the work is done. We never had this kind of superb experience with other contractors. Robin and Esho, keep it up, man! We will definitely recommend you to our friends, neighbors, and family because we know you wont fail their expectations just as you never failed ours!

    Great, consistent work by New Visions

    I had New Visions install a lawn irrigation system 2 years ago, and the system has worked flawlessly. Installation was very professional, and done on time and at the quoted price. Great followup at each seasons end on doing the work to winterize my water lines. I highly recommend New Visons

    Lawn Sprinkler Installation and Services

    Robin from New Visions has been amazing from start to finish. His team installed sprinkler systems and continue to be maintained year after year with no issues. They take the time to inform you of options, provide ongoing maintenance & in general such a positive experience.

    Irrigation systems

    I used services from New Vision Irrigation couple of years ago. They installed the irrigation systems in my home. Robin and his team were very punctual, professional and responsive. The most unique thing about this team is after sales service. Whenever I called Robin for any help he was there for me. Thank you so much Robin.

    Sprinkler system installation

    I cannot recommend Robin and his team highly enough. From initial response time, to recommending a layout, and completing the installation to perfection - everything was seamless. We also had some post installation tweaks to make. These were made immediately, within an hour of my email. Again - cant recommend this team highly enough.

    Irrigation System

    The team at New Visions were amazing. The installed system works great and we finally have a green lawn even when it is scorching hot out!

    The BEST Sprinkler Installation/Service company in the GTA

    Robin has serviced my system for over 3 years now. Always punctual, great quality workmanship, reasonable prices, and one of the most honest people Ive met. He has saved me a couple of times in emergency situations without trying to rip me off.
