    Large Tree removal

    From the start Janis was extremely professional, responsive, and respectful. He was fair and helped us understand the entire process at front of removing a very small tree. He was in constant communication with us and also Executed the removal flawlessly. His entire crew were great and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend James for any type of tree permit and remove all solution.

    Removal of damaged/dying trees

    James and his team did an excellent job removing several trees from my property including a very large diseased maple that had to lifted in pieces over hydro lines using a crane. All the people working on this job were friendly, answered any questions and cleaned up the areas after. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

    Great Arborist

    Mr Tree Man came and shaped our hedge, cut back limbs from our telecommunication lines, tidied up several overgrown shrubs etc. The staff were courteous, responsible and did a great job! They cleaned up everything and were very careful around all of the garden beds. Would highly recommend!

    Care and maintenance of a very large sugar maple tree

    James responded immediately to my request. He gave me honest feedback as to care and pruning. When the arborists arrived they listened to my concerns as well as both of my neighbours. They did their very best to address everything. The work was done efficiently and the debris was cleaned up. Yes I would recommend Mr. Tree Man.

    Easy tree removal

    We had two dead trees that needed to be removed. James responded to my inquiry quickly and with a reasonable price. He worked within our crazy schedule to make this happen quickly. The crew arrived early and took care of everything. The stumps were taken down to ground level. The clean up was very thorough. We would definitely recommend Mr. Tree Man.

    Tree Removal

    Very happy with the service of James and his team. James is always very responsive and came by for an estimate almost immediately after we reached out. He was very knowledgeable about our shared boundary “weed” tree and completely took care of the permit process on our behalf. We had some delays with the actual tree removal due to some construction on our property and he remained patient without any pressure, then once we were ready to go he arranged for his team to come do the job within days. The crew themselves were punctual and friendly, communicated well and cleaned up the yard afterwards. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr. Tree Man to anyone needing arborist services!

    Weed trees

    I was extremely happy with the service I received. It was prompt and the crew was very polite and professional. They did a great job removing 3 "weed" trees that were getting taller than my house and also did a great clean-up job afterwards. I received the free estimate the same day that James came by to look at my property. Highly recommended!

    Tree removal / pruning

    I was very impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness, communication and follow up for the service. I had several trees that needed to be assessed and it can be a complex issue to know what can be removed or pruned and when permits are required. The President of the company came to my house and assessed all of the trees on the property and gave informed advice about each, even those that I hadn’t considered. The work was completed very promptly thereafter, everything was left tidy and neighbours commented on what a great job they did!

    Professional, punctual and enthusiastic!

    I can't recommend James and his team highly enough! From the initial contact, James was responsive, punctual and beyond knowledgeable. We had a challenging situation with a giant, diseased border tree that we shared with our neighbour. He deftly navigated all of the city requirements and permits and worked with us on our extremely specific timing issues. The crew themselves worked non-stop on a ridiculously hot day and following morning and were polite and skilled. The garden was cleaned up to an inch of its life afterwards - it was if they were never there. James has also been an encyclopedia of tree planting knowledge as we get ready for the tree's replacement. While his pricing for the tree removal was excellent, it's his knowledge and enthusiasm which are priceless. A pleasure!

    Tree advice, removal, and pruning/shaping trees

    The best service from start to finish. I received great tree advice, had trees removed, and some were pruned to shape them, then clean-up and removal to finish. This company has one of best services I’ve experienced !
