    Tree removal

    Needed 2 trees removed from backyard. They were quick to arrive/assess and fit us in to their schedule to accommodate renovations. The workers themselves were polite, professional and safe. 100% recommend.

    Trimming two apple trees

    The guys did a fantastic job. They even negotiated with a neighbour to access the part of the tree that could not be reached from our backyard. I've learned some useful tips regarding the maintenance (actually, something I would never thought of). Everything was thoroughly cleaned up at the end. Great job done by real professionals. Thank you!

    Job well done

    We had three very, very big spruce trees that needed to go and the job was done in two hours. They also took the time to clean up any leftover debris on the ground afterwards. Irmis is pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend!

    Tree trimming

    I needed tree trimming for the maples on my property so I asked James to quote me on it. It was a fair price and I asked him to do the job. He sent his crew and they did a great job around the property. I talked to Matt, the expert arborist about the health of the trees and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He and his crew are very professional and courteous and left my driveway and sidewalk clean after they were finished. I'm very satisfied with the company and will hire them again if I can

    Tree pruning and removal in backyard

    Mr. Tree Man’s team came in and completely cleaned up our overgrown backyard. They were on-time, professional and offered lots of helpful advice on future maintenance..... they even jumped our car when we tried to move it and found out it was dead. We will absolutely use again.

    Amazing work. Professional and courteous too!

    We had a broken branch about 20 feet long, stuck in our 100 year old tree, about 40 feet up. The crew (two folks) arrived, wearing masks and standing back after knocking on the door. The two of them had a look to size up the job, provided a quote on the spot, I agreed to it, and they got started immediately. The crew had appropriate safety gear. The longest part was tossing the lead line into the right place so they could climb up; but once they got that (after about 10 minutes), i was amazed at how quickly things went. The one guy climbed up, secured himself, then tied another rope to the broken branch. He cut the dead V that was holding the branch stuck, and then lowered it to the other guy on the ground. They had to work the branch around the phone and cable wires in the backyard. Then he cleaned up some other smaller deadwood while he was up there and came back down. Definitely not their first rodeo :) The two of them then cleaned up the smaller twigs and branches that had fallen during their work, and took it all back to their truck. The 20ft branch was sucked into the wood chipper. The crew was extremely courteous and professional, and they looked to enjoy their work, and also looked like they really cared about trees. All in all, i was thoroughly impressed. I would definitely hire them again if we need any tree work.

    Tree Removal

    We needed tree removal services for a Toronto property for construction purposes that was on a boundary shared with a neighbour. We already obtained permits before hand after many bureaucratic delays! The tree was a White Spruce about 50cm in diameter and close to fencing and property. Mr Tree Man (James the president of the company) was very prompt with giving quotes and responding to questions through email. Replies often came within 15 minutes, day or night, which is unbelievable and excellent compared to the City of Toronto handling our paperwork! And this was right after a windstorm in the GTA causing issues for many people. They managed to find time to squeeze me in despite it not being emergency services. About 3 workers came with tools and wood chipper to down what I think was an over 70ft tall tree within 6 hours of work, safely and efficiently. Tree limbs and debris were cleared, and both our and neighbour properties are pretty much unscathed. Payment was easy-peasy and painless (cash, cheque, or e-transfer. I used e-transfer). Would recommend them to anyone. As an added note, they contract out stump removal services, so that will be extra.

I use an independent stump grinder (also a fireman) for all of my stumps as he would charge less than us to do them, he's incredibly reliable and as it's time consuming , we can get to more clients like yourself.     Very Happy. Will use them again.

    James and his team were great. We had several seriously overgrown trees that blocked out the light in the back of the house completely and were uncomfortably close to the roof and windows. James provided a competitive quote and the crew friendly and professional. I really appreciated the time James took to explain things, which Matt on his crew did as well. Matt also confirmed the work to be done before they started and then walked through with us again to make sure we were happy with everything. They cleaned up everything and left the property looking great. I feel much more confident going into the winter with overgrown trees trimmed and several dead trees removed (that another company told me were no problem although they were over 10 feet tall and clearly dead). I have already recommend Mr. Tree Man and will definitely work with them again.

    Pruning and more.....

    James has an amazing fun team of employees. I was educated about the type of maple tree I had on my property (Norway Maple) as I thought all maple trees were just called maples lol. I was also informed about the upcoming death of my pear tree that was terminally decaying. I had hired another company to prune it a couple years ago yet they didn't inform me of the dying tree which was obvious eith every limb cutting. Thank you

    Tree Pruning

    I have a number of trees and shrubs on my property that had been ignored for years and looked awful. Several were so overgrown that they blocked the light to everything underneath them, killing other plantings. Owner James Clarke, provided a competitive quote and the job was done by a knowledgeable crew who were polite and professional. Arrived on time, took me on a walk thru to confirm what was to be done, did another walk thru to ensure I was satisfied, removed all of the cuttings, did a last walk thru and left the property looking great. Recommend Mr. Tree Man without hesitation.
