    Very professional company

    The best thing about simple moves is that they guarantee the price, they are fully insured, and have very personable movers. Their quote was in the higher range but was reflected in their quality and professionalism. I give them an A+

    Wonderful job

    Moving is a pain, and you’re essentially trusting strangers with all of your possessions. Simple Moves is worthy of that trust. All of our interactions with them, right from the speedy quote to booking, confirmation, and move day to the follow up – were efficient, friendly, helpful and clear. We had wonderful experiences with Jani from previous moves, and he’s built a company up to his high standards. Our moving crew (Judith, Jimmy, Doug, Omar – thanks so much!) were really lovely, they listened well, were careful with our things and our walls, and did a great job. Simple Moves turned the usual chaos of a move day into a smooth process. Pricing was completely reasonable, and we’re totally satisfied. Highly recommended!

    Home move

    The Simple Moves team is absolutely incredible! This was the smoothest move I've ever experienced and despite taking place during a pandemic, the team's attitude and willingness to go above and beyond was amazing. Highly recommend!

    Packing, moving and storage

    Can’t say enough good things about this outfit. They didn’t stop the whole time. Super courteous and timely. Great job! Would highly recommend.

    They moved my husband and I from our condo into my mother in laws home within a day.

    We are going through a trying time in our personal lives, as well as dealing with the stress of the pandemic and they went above and beyond to make sure that they did everything in their power to take as much stress off of our plate as possible. Not only did they move us out of our condo and into our home, they helped us move existing furniture around the house and set up everything to make our house a home.

    Downsizing

    The whole crew were professional, courteous and considerate. They accomplished the task quickly and cleanly with great respect for our possessions and for us. Every item was wrapped and padded. Jani made accommodation for us when we could not get keys to our new home on moving day by keeping our belongings in their secure yard overnight and delivering everything the next morning. I highly recommend Simple Moves.

    Move

    We hired Simple Moves to downsize us from Delta to Vancouver. The communication with the reception was excellent. Jani showed up promptly to do the walk through and give us our estimate. He was efficient and seemed to know his business. However, I hired him to give me an estimate on moving my stuff, NOT to tell me what should go and how much should go. His comments regarding the number of books, pictures and chairs were unnecessary and inappropriate. The day of the move went very well, the actual moving team were great. I wasn't happy with the quality of several garment boxes as they were WELL used and falling apart and upon arrival at the new place all the clothes were in a heap at the bottom. A large scratch occurred on our new hardwood floor and they sent out a company to fix it and the job was Excellent! Trinidad was a true artist!

    Nice people, easy move

    They arrived, were completely professional and prepared. They had red carpets ready to protect the floor of our new home. They carefully wrapped everything and moved at an amazing pace. A world ahead of any other moving company we have tried.

    Top notch

    Our experience with Simple Moves was excellent, from the initial consultation, to the move's end. We appreciated the confidence their price guarantee gave us - that the quoted price would be the price we paid. The professionalism, positive attitude and amiability of the movers, made a difficult job almost fun. Our move from Langley to Powell River involved lots of driving, 2 ferries and a tight timeframe, but it went off without a hitch.

    Highly Recommend

    Efficient, Friendly and professional. Jani the Manage is AWESOME. We had an issue with our Kitchen table and he came back twice to fix it! A light fixture got hit during the move, which he also fixed. So amazing to have a moving company take so much pride in what they do! We will be using Simple Moves in our future!
