General contractor service: Repair the foundation work done by a pr...
Inspect and repair the foundation 10ft x 10 ft., re-install the siding on the house, replace the downspout that was torn off the house, staighten a post on the corner of the veranda and remove the large pile of wood that was left from the old contractor. I asked for old patio stone to replace the asphalt that had been removed by the other contractor.
I got a quote from LT Integrity Improvement and accepted and I told him that is all I could afford. Once the work was started Lend told me that it would cost me more to complete the work. If I could not afford the extra cost he would not continue the work. They had dug down to the bottom of the foundation but had not started the repair yet.
The repair to the foundation was completed, blue skin and insulation installed. They also made a beautiful patio. Old wood pile was removed. Not everything on my list was done but the work done was excellent and the property was left clean. I recommend this company.
