    Home renovation :Inside and out

    1/ Oct' 23 Redo interlocking deck and front entrance steps 2/June '24 :redo interlocking around driveway, walkway and side of house 3/Painted exterior of house, foundation repair and parging, altered the grade of side of house for better drainage, emptied and painted garage, flanged garage door entry, Epoxy garage floor. Laid 60 feet of pressured treated garden border, replaced garden fence. 4/ July '24. Total emergency emptying and stripping of basement room and mold remiteration. treatment of walls and flooring and replacing of flooring with painting of walls. disposal of room contents. 5/Nov'24 complete redo of 3 bathrooms ..5 weeks 5/Nov '24 Complete renovation of 2 existing bathrooms and update of powderoom. . All in 5 weeks. 6/ Jan '25 Painting of 4 bedroom walls and ceilings. Ceiling of livingroom.

    Interlock

    Very happy to Leng and his crews, they are fast, friendly, efficient and flexible. Call them for a quote on Tuesday, next day Leng was here to give us a quote with work description, surprisingly he can squeeze our project in next day to start and completed all in one day. The interlock looks amazing.

    Front Step / Walkway / Concrete + Rail

    Great work by Lt Integrity Improvements. They came up with a good plan and execution to do an in-place support to an existing deck and stair for front of house. Concrete work was clean and professional. They did the job in a quick turn around and within the price range negotiated. The final job is a big improvement and was professionally done. Great job to Leng and his crew. In addition, Leng is a good guy !

    RETAINING WALLS AND STEPS

    i cannot say enough about Lt INTEGRITY and the whole team. The work was begun within 2 days of my request and completed within a week. They gave me far more than expected, doing extra things to help me sort out my yard. in addition, all the employees were happy and smiling. Nothing was too much trouble and the cleanup was perfect. The total cost was really reasonable. I truly recommend this company to anyone who appreciates a stress free environment when projects are underway.+++++++++++

    Stone Patio

    This company took my old massive wooden deck apart and removed it. Then they built a new stone Patio that turned out excellent. Leng and his sons and crew were magnificentefficient, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They built new stairs of wood with aluminium railings and they did it on site. The stairs are actually MORE than need be, extra stringers etc. All this work was completed on time in only 3 days, and at a competitive price. Amazing! The word INTEGRITY really fits and suits them. I recommend highly to everyone!

    Interlock releveling and brick repointing

    Leng and his crew were very friendly and showed up on time as promised. They removed the interlock around my driveway, regraded, installed landscape fabric and installed the interlock again. The job was done very well. Leng and his crew also repaired three brick columns in my backyard. When he came for the estimate Leng assured me that his company had a lot of experience with brick work despite not having any reviews about it. I was assured that the work would be well done and that I would be very happy. The crew was here working on the columns for four days. It became clear that his guys had very little experience with brick work. The thickness of the mortar lines are all inconsistent and portions of the column are not even close to being level. When I pointed this out and asked if they had used a level I was told that they didnt have a level, so I had to provide my own. Leng agreed to fix a small portion of the brick however it was done poorly once again. When my PVC fence was reinstalled none of it was installed level. This had to be pointed out and redone, again despite being told by Leng that his company does a lot of fencing. When I expressed my disappointment to Leng he simply replied by text sorry it didnt work out. Leng and all of his workers were very friendly and hard working however they should stick with doing interlock and not fence repair or brick work.

    Parging repair

    Leng and his guys did terrific work at a very reasonable price. Friendly, efficient, and took the time to answer all our questions. So happy we found him.

    Re-leveling interlock

    Leng and his crews did an excellent job to re-level our interlock driveway and parging our concrete steps. On top of that, Leng responds extremely quickly and his price is very reasonable.

    Stone Patio

    The team at LT Integrity Improvements was absolutely incredible during the whole project. Beginning with their immediate availability and great communication, we were thoroughly pleased with their professionalism and openness. There were several changes we requested during the project and they were extremely accommodating every time. They also made great suggestions about things we did not even think of beforehand. Strongly recommend this company for anybody who is looking to do home projects.

    Parging & foundation repair

    These guys were amazing. So professional, fast service, and such great quality. A wonderful family business to deal with. I would use them for any home repairs. They went above and beyond, and only wanted payment when I was 100% happy with the job. These guys are pros and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
