    Carpet cleaning and cleaning of area rug

    They were in and out quickly and got a very dirty carpet clean and got the urine smell out of an area rug very impressed with the service and speed

    Furnace, fireplace

    The service rep arrived promptly as scheduled - he was knowledgeable and efficient with checking my furnace and fireplace. He also answered any questions I had about air purifiers and air conditioning.

    Carpet cleaning

    Excellent job on the carpet cleaning, knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. Listened to what we wanted done, would definitely hire the company again to do our carpets, the servicemen could not have been a better representative of his company, good worth ethics.

    Furnace maintenance

    I have used New Look for several years to service my furnace, heat pump and fireplace. I have always been happy with their service And highly recommend them. Invoice number 67842

    Excellent Job

    Carpet is worn & not in the best of condition in our Condo. However Matty McCabe and his portable unit did an awesome job. It looks many times better when Coit cleaned them last time. I will definitely recommend this company to our Strata members and Property Management. Thank you Matty! Doug Bennett 101-2575 Ware Street Abbotsford

    cleaned dryer vent invoice #67770

    Was quoted $199. but because there was no dryer in place, reduced the cost by $50. I was very impressed about the amount of info they gave me about replacing hot water tank and furnace. Will be calling on them for that.

    cleaned two upholstered chairs, plus, later 1 carpet

    The chairs are old family pieces, Matty did a thorough and careful job of cleaning. Was considerate of floors and other surroundings and was also fast and polite. Invoice #67437, work done Jan 15/18. A carpet was cleaned Feb 1/18, invoice #67514, as usual a good job was done by Matty (employee # 070).

    Duct Cleaning and Furnace Maintenance

    Duct Cleaning (Invoice# 67506): John and Justin's did a great job at our new home. They also did a good inspection and pointed out issues that needed to be fixed. Furnace Servicing (Invoice# 67521): We were very pleased with Craig's thoroughness and expertise. Most of all they were polite and nice. I think New Look has a great team!

    Clean and sanitize furnace ducting.

    My husband and were more than satisfied with the service. The techs, Justin and Jon were professional, efficient and considerate. We would both recommend the New Look Company they are employed without hesitation.
