    Bathroom reno

    Simple job, completed in a 5 days June 2017. Robin was amazing in coordinating this on short notice. Thanks to the whole team.

    Kitchen reno and powder room

    Job description - remove existing kitchen and powder room fixtures. Install and supply new. Manage the job and keep clean. All adhered to. More than can be said about most contractors. Thx

    Roofing

    Outstanding Job. Pros Fast- one day Efficient - no mess, wasted time Convenient - gave me a quote and started shortly after No money issues - settled on a price and no add ons Management - Mario communicates well and is honest Cons I wish I had a budget for more jobs with them. Soon hopefully. Full marks to this team.

    Kitchen Reno

    Wow!!! Excellent job. Highly recommend this team. Clean, thorough, and amazing results. I want them back to Reno my ensuit. Can't wait.

    Basement reno

    We just needed a refresh of ouR basement when we bought the house. Walls needed painting had to open up main area. Put carpet down for kids. They did a great job thank you

    Flooring

    Great job, on budget and time. I wish we would have done this sooner. I really recommend the services of midnight building and Reno team. My wife wants the kitchen done next.

    Flooring throughout

    We had to redo all of our flooring. We also had our basement floors redone. All together it was over 5000 sq ft of flooring to redo (carpet and tile) to new engineered hardwood. Mario sat with us for 2-3 hours picking the design of what we wanted. They also supplied beautiful baseboards. Pricing was competitive and fair and the service was exceptional. Warranty was also a nice touch. We needed one minor touch up in the basement and we called them back a week (even after they got paid) after. They came the next morning. Just outstanding service. This is how contractors should be. 10/10 all day long.

    Bathroom reno

    This was the best job I've ever had done and I've used a lot of contractors. they provided amazing design options. They told me up front that they offer quality work and warranty and wouldn't be the cheapest but also not the most expensive. They were efficient. 2 days and my bathroom was done. Not a single defect. It was terrific. My friends have used them too and loved it.

    Bathroom renovation

    The crew did a great job with my bathroom we ran into a few issues with the sub-floor but it was taken care of in a fair manner and I would recommend midnight building to my friends and family. Thanks the shower looks great!!!! We look forward to doing more projects in the future

    Basement reno with washroom

    We had to underpin the basement to add another foot. It was complicated. We didn't trust other contractors. Midnight had two structural engineers show up. They made us feel confident. They weren't the cheapest but the most prepared. Mario was outstanding to work with
