Upgraded my H2O
For years we just drank tap water around the house and didn't think much of it. Last year, we gave birth to our first born daughter and started taking a look at the chemicals and products we consume around the house.
My wife suggested that I looked into a water filter solution, and after some research I decided on the HomeWater under counter EZChange unit. Ordered online with a promocode, install was straightforward although I am pretty handy with DIYs around the house and already had all the tools required.
We were surprised at how different the water tasted afterwards, we had not realized our water here in Durham had a bit of a "smell" to it prior to the filtration system... even our steeped tea tastes better now, and I know I'm starting with the best quality water when I'm mixing my baby's formula.
I will also mention we received a set of 4 branded glass bottles at the same time - I can't say enough great things about these bottles. Super high quality, thick glass, we rinse them with boiling water and then fill immediately with ice cold tap water and they've held up for 6 months with heavy daily use, even after being dropped on my tile floor. Between the system and the glass bottles, my wife and I are drinking at least 3-4x as much water as we used to daily.
