    Chimney tear down and rebuild

    Great work ! They were Very professional and the work was started and finished within the time promised. Took all the remnants away and left me with the best looking chimney on the street. I definitely will use Phong and his team again and will recommend them to anyone looking for masonry work.

    masonry

    Phong and his helper did a great job with my crumbling mortar and did more than I expected - including filling in a crack in my retaining wall and filling in a bunch of silicone around my basement window to help with waterproofing. I also appreciated his honesty when he gave me his estimate about what he could fix, and which things were most important as I couldn't afford to do the whole job at once. His team was quick and efficient and did a terrific job. Will hire them again next year for part two.

    Replace broken bricks on the back wall of the house, where water damage had destroyed the

    Phong and Mike were awesome to work with. Their workmanship was superb. Very meticulous. Plus they finished the job in the one day! There was no way to match the100 year old brong, but they picked out and strategically placed them such that it blends in perfectly. They really tidied up the job site. Showed alot of pride in their work. True craftsmen. Plus absolutely courteous. I'd recommend this company to anyone!

    Landscape/interlocking & masonry

    Phong and his crew of workers are among some of the best contractors I’ve had the pleasure of working with. It was so refreshing to finally be treated with respect and professionalism. I had to fire a previous landscape on this job and Phong took over and really helped me out in a desperate situation that I was in. Not only did he do an excellent job.. he did so promptly and was an absolute amazing person to work with. I was lucky to find him and to be able to work with him. He relieved a lot of stress for me. He truly is one of the kindest people I’ve met.

    Various repairs of brickwork, stonework and parging

    A milk chute was taken out and bricked in. Various repairs were also completed on stonework on front steps, etc. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, and courtesy and professionalism. No job was treated as being too small. Phong also offered some good suggestions about other work I am considering getting done.

    Tuckpointing

    We need some restoration work done to the chimney, under the porch, and a few other places on the exterior of the house. The home is a postwar bungalow, and there was some maintenance needed as some bricks were starting to degrade, as was the mortar in several places.

    Front Porch repair

    Chipping out existing flagstone and grinding out stress cracks, replacing flagstones, obtaining new decorative stone as required and installation. Work was done in time frame estimated. Craftsman very polite and courteous. Work needed time to set prior to sealant application. Phong noticed some original work had not set properly to his standard and immediately did the rework even though it would require another visit to apply sealant. After applying sealant, Phong did some extra work for me, resetting some interlock bordering the driveway, at no charge. Wow!! Excellent craftsman! Thank you Phong and accept wishes for great success as you build your business.

    Brick work, Arch repair

    Working with Phong was great. He showed up with the crew fixed the issues as discussed. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well and took care of all of my concerns. The guys on the crew we helpful and left the job site clean orderly. 10 our of 10 I would reccomend working with him!

    Wall brick work

    Had brick wall work done. Great job. Phong was Very polite and professional. Had a piece of flashing to be put on top. Phong went out of his way and put it on for me on top of the job he was doing. I know it wasn't easy. Look forward to working with him on other brick work.

    Masonry work

    I would strongly recommend Brick Aid as they were very professional and did a great job. They also cleaned up very well which is not very common with most contractors I have experienced in the past. The Team went out of there way to even install a down spout for me which will help with the original problem from reoccurring. Would use them again and recommend them to friends and family for sure.
