    nest protect

    ugur and liby came by for the nest protect program helped me save a lot of money and helped me get more nest protect. helped get a protect on each floor keeping my family safe would recommend to friends and family

    Terrible Service!

    What ever you do, DO NOT sign up with this company! It is the worst service ever. I bought a water heater from them almost 6 months ago. The installer used an unsafe extension cord to connect it as opposed to a proper electrical line. The promise was that they would come back and finish the job. I keep complaining. They send someone. They inspect. Promise to come back and finish the job. It never happens. 6 months later and I am living with a water heater with an unsafe connection. BIG MISTAKE if you ever sign up with these people.

    Nest protect

    Liby and Ugur came by for the nest protect program, very informative explained everything very well. Helped my family and I save money and stay safe great guys would recommend to family and friends.

    Very good Service

    Kai come to my home and help me to put Nest smoke alarm. He also helped me give me information and I decide upgrade water heater to new one. We had problem during installation yesterday but he come back to my home to help me to make water heater installation easier for today. Today they come back today and Mike Installer was very nice and good. Very good service. Thank you

    Free Nest installation and information

    Devraj came to our home to deliver and install the product as planned. He was kind and respectful and made sure we understood the product and all that was involved in having this new product at home as well as fire escape plans and information.

    Nest Product and installation

    I was impressed with the product knowledge Devrah (the salesperson) had. Also his information about home fires, He was not pushy and the installation was done in a timely manner. The installation team were polite and punctual. I feel secure with the new Nest smoke and co2 detectors on all three floors. I also have the Nest thermostat for over a year now. I like the convenience of being able to control the temperature from my phone where ever I am.

    Water heater & Nest Protects

    I initially signed up for their offer for a free nest protect. Elena came over to our home and gave a free in-home inspection. She is very passionate and knowledgeable. She pointed out a couple of things that I would never have thought off. Never did I feel pressured to commit to anything. What she/Simply smart offer does make sense. After sitting on it for a month or so, I contacted her back and signed up for their water heater. They provided a brand new, energy efficient tank, and on top of that I received 3 wired nest protects! Surprisingly, I pay more with my previous provider for a 10+ years old rental. The installers were very professional and treated my home with care.

    Smart home

    Devraj explains well about the system and how it works. I like the sound affects and it looks nice. Easy to understand and I like the idea about getting notifications to my phone

    Tankless Water heater

    FAISAL from simply smart home visited my house today. He helped me get a new tankless water heater with a nest hello doorbell. He was very informative and very good. Overall I am very pleased with simply smart home. Good job FAISAL.
