    Service on my nest camera and thermostat

    Brandon did an excellent job with reconnecting my nest doorbell, and even offered to fix my thermostat as well which I had not known wasnt working either. Thanks a lot Brandon!

    Flood light camera

    Brandon was really efficient in installing the camera and gave clear instructions on the setup on the app. Works great and happy with the work.

    Great help

    Once again Brandin was able to provide technical support for my doorbell and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. He helps and goes through the system without making you feel bad or dumb that you dont know how to fix it yourself! Great guy to work with.

    Installation of Home HVAC System

    Simply Smart Home provided expert service for the installation process. I found the personnel to be very punctual and professional. They were willing to guide me with the different options. Also, if something did not fit correctly, they were willing to provide workarounds. I was impressed with the friendly and professional service overall. Recommend this company for customer friendly service. In particular happy with the service provided by Brandon was very helpful.

    Simply smart home

    Brandon helped set up the system pretty fast. We got the security free of charge with getting Heat pump installed. Our ac & furnace are due for replacement so it was perfect timing. Happy with their service so far.

    Tankless and heat pump upgrade

    I found the company on Facebook. Consultation was booked the following day, Darren was my agent. My home is very old and needed extensive work to upgrade, especially the furnace. Other companies solutions were very rough and seemed to take the easy route. My tech was Murray and he went beyond and above on my install, I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the price was much better then my old provider reliance.

    Avoid the appliances they tried to sell to you

    They tried hard to sell you rental appliances to you by offering you a free doorbell or something small gadget. They will send a representative to your home, and tell you that you need to change the water heater to install the new small gadget or something. The representative even told you that you will see the energy bill jumps with the new appliances, but up to now, my bills are even higher than I expected. They promised to cancel the contact with your previous company on behalf of you. I have be patiently waiting for them to cancel it for the previous 4 months, nothing happened and I am still receiving the bills from the previous rental company. You have to be proactively emailing and calling them. Don't expect they will email you back at least to me, I have sent emails and never got any responding emails. Please compare the quotes with others whether you are satisfied with the quotes. tankless water heater $55/m furnace $70/m

    Tankless water heater, smart thermostat and door bell

    Service was pretty good the tankless and thermostat was installed the next day by Bhupinder and the door bell by Syed the day after both were courteous and explained the workings quite well and answered all my minor questions. So all seems good looking forward to this continuing customer service trend in the future. Good job guys.
