    Water heater sir Purification and carbon cleaner

    My mother had a water heater, carbon filter cleaner and air Purification. Water heater She asked to remove within the cooling off period..carbon cleaner was never serviced and air cleaner was serviced once where the employee took a filter out and never replaced it but did change the 2 remaining filters. This company does not follow manifacters guide line. As at.the time of signing the contract my mother was told.that they would take care of all maintenance wELl that never happened. As per Eric Sabbath a lawyer, said to stop paying.the company. The liens are not legit. My mother has had.dementia for many years now.     BROKEN AC? A SIMPLY SMART SOLUTION .

    Last week during the heat wave, my AC broke down. After calling Simply Smart to discuss the options i had in terms of replacing my units, they sent over Alex, to install a new Furnace and AC, only a few hours after I called! Alex was very well mannered, explained the units in great depth, and didn't even leave a spec of dust behind. He offered much knowledge relating to the systems and was very professional. The installation itself was really quick and swift, to my surprise! Genuinely happy with the amazing job that Alex did with the installations, and I'm really happy with the responsiveness and urgency Simply Smart had to ensure that I would be without a working AC for the least amount of time. They informed me that they will arrange with a tech to come by ASAP, and so they did, and arrived asap too :)

    So Supportive

    Syed was very patient and helpful, in reconnecting our doorbell. He gave us step by step instructions and ensured we were satisfied with the product. Thank you Syed, for calling us back so quickly. Our doorbell works now!!!

    Furnace maintenance

    These people never respond quickly, and every-time they visit the “technicians” start acting like salesmen trying to sell you more “maintenance “ schemes with no value. When something breaks, they overcharge you even though you already pay a monthly subscription. We tried to alert to cancel our contract, two months from its end date to make sure they don’t accidentally charge for a term. They refused to make such note or attempt and asked us to call in and cancel after we paid for the last invoice.

    Snakes! Swindled me for $400

    Customers for 3+ years but when we moved they forced us to buy out the smoke detectors for $400, despite our desire to continue our service plan at our new house. They threatened to call credit agency if I didn't pay it. Apparently in fine print somewhere it says you must contact them 2 weeks after moving - even though when I phoned to advise them of our move, they said nothing of the sort. I asked the lady: "you'd rather lose me as a customer & charge me $400, than transfer our account to the new house and keep me as a customer?" She said "I dont make the rules". So in the end I own 3 Nest Smoke Detectors that I paid $400 for, plus 4+ years of monthly payments. Never again.

    Thermostat upgrade

    We had the thermostat upgraded to smart. Ashraf was quick and neat in the work he did. Easy communication and helped us with the setting up of the smart device.

    Installation - no issues, its after installation no one cares

    The installation was done right on time and as described. Just two weeks after when you call that the apparatus is not working, no one responds on time. I had to call three times to their call center and every time I was told some one will be in touch with me shortly.

    The Technician came on time, installed the door bell.. work great get alerts

    Technician Moh came on time installed the simply door bell, it has being working ever since. It works very well, get the alerts on time anywhere i am with my phone.

    Products are good but the service is terrible

    The products are great and are getting serviced properly by Simplysmarthome( paying $200 monthly) however its the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. I've been dealing with some issue for the past 3 months and have been running in circles with the customer support. The team is incompetent of taking notes or following the process as every new advisor I speak to has minimal understanding of the issue. "We are checking with billing" and "we are contacting our management" are the two statements they use as an excuse to the poor service they offer. There needs to be a better management and better training for the exployees so they can serve their customers better. A note to SimplySmartHome: Its almost 2022, when I hear you say "we don't send emails to customers to notify of their request status", it is beyond acceptable and you should adapt to the changing needs so you can keep your customers informed and start sending invoices as well (Invest some money to improve)

    Google Hello doorbell

    Liby installed a Google Nest Doorbell and a Google Hub. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions and was very patience explaining everything. Well worth the Installation cost!!
