We had an exceptional experience with Summit Contractors from start to finish. With a tight timeline to complete our full home renovation, their team exceeded our expectations. The project included a complete overhaul of the main and second floors, featuring the renovation of three bathrooms, a powder room, new flooring throughout the house, intricate woodwork, wall removal, a brand-new kitchen with cabinetry, flooring, backsplash, and a fully capped and upgraded staircase with new railings. The entire house was also freshly painted, showcasing their excellent workmanship.
The communication throughout the project was seamless. Arash, who managed the entire renovation, was incredibly responsive, attentive, and kept us updated every step of the way. While we lived at our cottage during the project, we were regularly informed of the progress remotely and appreciated the teams ability to keep the site clean and organized. Whenever we stopped by to check on the work, it was evident that they were committed to quality and efficiency.
One of the most impressive aspects was their ability to finish the project on time, allowing us to move back in before school started, as planned. Despite a few minor touch-ups required after we moved in, these were promptly addressed.
Our only regret was not heeding Arashs advice regarding the flooring qualitywe realized its shortcomings after installation. However, this was entirely our decision. Additionally, after moving back, we noticed some cracks at the ceiling-wall joints, unrelated to the renovation, as they were pre-existing issues. Remarkably, Summit Contractors went above and beyond by taping and repainting the entire room at no extra charge to ensure our complete satisfaction.
