    Condo Renovation

    I recently had my condo renovated by Summit Contractors, and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. My project involved two bathroom renovations, a kitchen renovation, new flooring, painting, some electrical work, and a feature wall. From start to finish, everything was executed perfectly. The entire process was well-planned, and there were no surprises along the way. Arash, the owner of Summit Contractors, was incredibly honest and transparent at every stage of the renovation. He made sure I was involved in key decisions, such as inviting me to the kitchen cabinetry showroom, where I could discuss every detail of the design with the designer. Arashs ability to coordinate the various subcontractors and workers was impressive; everyone on the team was professional, friendly, and courteous. I chose Summit Contractors because of the great reviews they had, and now I understand why. My experience with them was outstanding, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor.

    Complete Renovation of Bathrooms

    We trusted the positive reviews we read about Summit Contractors & after meeting with the team Arash/Nima we decided to entrust them with the renovation of our 2 full bathrooms, powder room & kitchen backsplash. The renovation of the 2 full bathrooms consisted in removing the existing walls, relocating the plumbing, building new walls & floor to ceiling tiling. A new shower stall with glass enclosure was put in one bathroom & a free standing tub in the other. New floor tiles were put in both bathrooms as well as in the powder room. In the kitchen the existing backsplash was removed & replaced with newer tiles. Every aspect of the renovation was carried out by skilled tradesmen who showed care and diligence in their work. Throughout the project it was easy to communicate & discuss issues or concerns with Arash at any time. The renovations were completed early Jan 2024. We are extremely happy & satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and we would use Summit's services again. We have confidence in recommending Summit Contractors.

    Bathroom Renovation

    I found Summit Contractors to be responsive, courteous, trustworthy and highly professional in their dealings with me and their management of my bathroom renovation. Living without a bathroom for the time it took to renovate mine and not having a basement or garage to store materials and supplies was stressful. However Summit did the job on time and on budget. Their dedication to doing excellent work, while supporting me through the project was exemplary. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a superb service.

    Full house renovation

    I would like to express my utmost satisfaction and gratitude towards Summit Contractors for their exceptional service and outstanding work on my house renovation project. From the moment I met Arash and Nima, I knew they were the right fit for the job. Despite not having the lowest quote, their competitive pricing combined with their excellent reviews and their evident competence during our initial meeting convinced me that I could trust them with my project. They patiently addressed all my questions and concerns, instilling confidence in their abilities. The scope of the project was extensive, including a kitchen renovation with electrical and plumbing work, the removal of two loadbearing walls to create an open concept, remodeling two bathrooms with relocation involved, flooring throughout the entire house, painting, and even the relocation of heating vents. Summit Contractors not only ensured compliance with building codes but also maximized the space for optimal functionality and future plans. The attention to detail displayed by Summit Contractors was remarkable.     bathroom renovation

    We recently completed a bathroom renovation with the help of Arash who is the Operation Manager at summit contractors. He was very quick to understand the vision we had for the project and made sure we were happy with the progress throughout. The various trades people he employed to do the plumbing, electrical work, painting, tiling ..etc were all conscientious and professional. The renovation was completed on time and the quality of work was excellent. We are pleased to recommend Arash and his team for your next project.

    City of Toronto Kitchen Renovation

    We worked with Arash at Summit Contractors on the remodel of our master bath and powder room and had an incredible experience. So when it came time to renovate our kitchen it was a no brainer to go with them again! We contracted them to repaint our whole house, replace our kitchen cabinetry, countertops, and all the fixtures in the kitchen. We have worked with several other contractors throughout the years and Arash remains the best by far. He prices competitively and accurately with no surprises. His communication is top notch as well as advice. Hes always honest about the pros and cons of your potential choices and makes sure youre fully informed on prices before you make any decision and will go to bat for you to ensure you get the most competitive price with the best work possible. Also we all know how long renovations can drag on but thats simply not the case with Arash. He was 100% accurate with timelines and the renovation finished exactly when he said it would. And when I made any changes, he always accurately quoted how long they would extend the timeline by. All of the vendors that Summit employed were exceptionally professional and kind and the quality of their work is top notch. Special mention should be made of Arashs cabinet maker and kitchen designer, Anne at Fengfa Cabinets, who was an absolute dream to work with. I will not hesitate to work with Summit again for any future work and will continue to highly recommend them to any of our friends!

    Main Floor Reno

    After a few different quotes from other companies, we decided to go with Summit Contractors for our main floor renovation. Their reviews, personal attention and the reasonable quote were all factors why we decided to go with them. Our renovation included significant demolition work, removal of old kitchen, old tile, a non load-bearing wall, raising the sunken floor in the family room, ensuring that all floors were level and aligned, removal of popcorn ceiling, re-surfacing the fire place feature wall, installation of new tiles, hardwood floor throughout the entire floor, new kitchen, powder room, laundry room and mud room custom cabinets. Arash was always available to answer questions and was forthcoming in communicating any challenges or expected cost of additional work we asked them to do so there were no surprises. They listened to our feedback and made changes without hesitation if needed to keep us happy. Arash also provided ideas and recommendations to make the outcome even better. They are working with some of the best tradesmen (e.g. cabinetry, tiling, flooring, etc). Arash and his team are true professionals, always standing behind their work. We are very happy with the result and would recommend Summit Contractors.
