    Full house renovation (3 Bathrooms, kitchen , flooring and powder room)

    I recently completed a full house renovation that included three bathrooms, one powder room, flooring throughout the house, a complete kitchen renovation with a quartz countertop, painting, and millwork including the fireplace and pot lights. Summit contractor did a fantastic job from start to finish. The project was completed on schedule, within budget, and exceeded our expectations. What impressed me the most was how Arash and his team took great care in protecting our home and belongings during the renovation. They were also very honest, experienced, and skilled, always ready to answer any questions we had. They even provided some excellent ideas for bathroom design that we hadn't considered before. The quality of the work was exceptional, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project. They were able to think outside the box to solve any issues that arose, and the end result was a beautiful, functional, and modern living space that we are extremely happy with. Overall, I highly recommend Summit to anyone looking for a renovation project. They are a group of honest people who take pride in their work and strive to exceed their clients' expectations. We couldn't be happier with the excellent work they did on our home.

    Basement bathroom and laundry room

    Summit Contractors are true professionals focused on superior quality and customer satisfaction. My project was complex with some surprises along the way which Arash found excellent and expedient resolutions for. He is very collaborative, flexible and patient. The worksite was kept very clean. I am beyond happy with the outcome, few pictures are attached. It was pleasure to work with Summit Contractors and Arash and I would wholeheartedly recommend them, they love what they do and it shows.

    Master bath and powder renovation

    We're in a pretty typical 1800's Toronto city townhome in which every part of it had been renovated at different points in time, so it's just a mish mash of styles with no cohesion. Therefore we've been on a journey to try and bring a more cohesive, vintage modern style to the townhome and we couldn't have asked for better partners than Summit Contractors for our master bath and powder room renovation! Despite several add ons from me after the project had started, they were still able to finish within the original timeline. Additionally, any time I had an add on Arash was able to accurately and clearly communicate any additional cost it may incur so there were zero surprises during the process. Arash also had an eye for customization and made sure that everything down to the shower head height was exactly what we wanted! The entire team was quick and efficient while working and I think it's worth mentioning that they had no issues navigating parking or working in a busy, downtown Toronto area as we've had several contractors refuse to work with us given our location. Also, due to health issues, I was unable to travel to pick out supplies for the renovations. So all of Summit's vendors had no problem doing phone and Facetime consultations with me to accommodate me. We've been through several renovations and contractors in the past and the attention to detail and quality of Summit's work is definitely the best we've seen. Cannot recommend Arash and his team more and we hope to use them again for our kitchen renovation!

    Full house renovation

    My family and I purchased a house in Newmarket that needed a big ovarhaul. We needed to take a few load bearing wall as well as complete kitchen renovation and make the whole main floor an open concept. Change the floor to an engineered hardwood laundry room and power room upgrade and slightly relocated to accommodate a door to the garage from the inside the house. Fire place upgrade and install nice quartz from floor to ceiling. All ventilation, electrical and plumbing had to be altered. We removed the pop popcorn ceiling throughout the house and painting entire house.all door changed along the baseboards and trims. Two bathrooms remodel on the second floor and partially finished basement to add another bathroom in the basement. The whole project was finished on time with such great quality that was beyond our expectations. We couldnt ask for more and were very happy with the results. I thank you everyone from summit contractors and especially Arash who run the whole project, I must add that since Im a plumbers myself I did all the plumbing myself but even with that Arash provided me some insights which was really helpful. I will recommend this team of contractors with blind eyes. Totally worth the trust confidence.

    Kitchen, Master bath and tile renovation

    I contracted Summit to replace my new homes main floor entryway tiles, and do a full remodel of my kitchen and master bathroom. Arash and his team at Summit did a phenomenal job with everything. Each renovated area looks absolutely stunning and the quality of the execution is evident. Everyone who saw my kitchen couldnt stop raving about it. Arash was great from a project management standpoint guiding us along the way with decision making. The project was completed in a timely manner. His entire team was great to work with it as well. Special shout out to his son Sami who is very helpful polite young man. With regards to project cost, I would say Arash is competitively priced and puts a lot of value in quality of materials used and workmanship which is reflected in the cost. But investing in the higher quality today may save you headaches down the road. I will highly recommend Summit for any interior renovation projects

    Main floor, kitchen & bathroom renovation

    I have used Arash & his team at Summit Contractors for a smaller job in the past. After comparing contractor quotes I decided to work with him again for the renovation of our basement bathroom and main floor including kitchen. The work is good, but the most important thing about Arash is that he is ethical, kind and will not leave you high & dry. With so much demand for construction, I have found many providers tend to leave things 95% done and call the job finished. Arash makes sure everything is done and that you are happy. This is a rarity in construction today. His team was also able to identify and fix work that would have led to problems down the road such as poorly routed plumbing. Pricing is transparent and fair.

    Bathroom Reno

    Background We were looking to upgrade our bathroom and consulted with a number of contractors for estimates and ideas. I found that Summit Contractors was the most thorough in their estimate details as some other vendor quotes were quite vague. As part of the discussion, Arash provided good ideas and options. Further, in my initial interactions, I could tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work and is very particular about quality. Setup and Preparation We asked that a plastic barrier be put in place to contain the dust, which was done. In addition, a blue protective barrier was put in place to protect the floor. The work areas were swept on a daily basis. However, you should expect that there will still be a lot of dust! Demolition The demolition was quick and tidy, with minimal damage to the opposing walls, which were ultimately repaired and painted by Summit. Once the demolition was complete, we reconvened to discuss the layout and options along with materials (e.g. tile quantities) and fixtures/finishes. Plumbing/Electrical We requested copper pipes versus pex, which was accommodated. In addition, we saw that they double waterproofed, which is reassuring to avoid any potential water issues. We have great lighting options in our bathroom with modern electronic switches! Framing/Drywall Arash made every effort to square up the walls to help ensure the tiles, door, etc. would all be aligned and cohesive. Tiling The tiling work was well done. We missed a few items and Arash was kind enough to pick up the jambs and missing grout. Painting The painting was in the bathroom, opposing walls per above reference, the ceiling of the bedroom where the barriers were put up. This was all taken care of. Installation and finish The vanity, fixtures, tub, etc. was all placed exactly where we requested. We were consulted throughout to ensure placement was where we wanted. We had a minor problem with the door installation that was resolved to our satisfaction. At the time of writing, we are resolving an issue with the glass shower door. Even though the shower glass/door is separate from Summit, Arash has been kind enough to take ownership of the issue to resolve. We are expecting full resolution in the next couple weeks. Overall We felt that we were always in good and experienced hands with Arash and his team. He is committed to making sure you will be happy. Thank you Arash, Peyman, Sam, Reza and team!

    Multi-bathroom reno + new flooring

    Arash impressed us from day one with his sincere and honest approach when it came to evaluating and quoting our three-bathroom renovation project, which also involved the rebuilding of a staircase and the laying of new vinyl flooring throughout our basement. Despite this being my wife's and my first major renovation and having only heard horror stories from others I'm very happy to say our experience was smooth sailing throughout, with our final cost matching our expectations, and the results exceeding our expectations. When slight surprises were discovered, Arash offered immediate assurances of finding cost-effective solutions (and came through every time) and was upfront and transparent about any additional costs that were incurred during the two-month process none of which turned out to be significant. Arash uses a familiar team of plumbers, electricians, tilers, and painters who all treated the project (as well as our home) with the same level of care and dedication as Arash himself. His team was especially diligent about keeping work areas as clear as possible, and would regularly sweep up at the end of each workday. We are thrilled with the outcome of the project and the quality of all the work performed, and would happily hire Arash and his team again.

    Kitchen Renovation

    Our second project in upgrading our kitchen with Summit Contractors was as successful as the ensuite bathroom we completed with them last year. Arash and his team completed our kitchen renovation on an established schedule and budget. I like working with Summit Contractors as they apply the same level of detail and precision throughout each task and phase of the project constantly reinforcing the expectations before proceeding. Some of the key attributes for having Summit Contractors perform your renovation are job site preparation, aligning skilled trades, ensuring the right materials are used, always maintaining cleanliness of the job site and your home as the project evolves, ensuring expectations for a task or job are meant, and ensuring the customer is satisfied with the outcome. These are the reasons I have used Summit Contractors and will continue to use them for any of my future projects. If you want a renovation to be performed right the first time, on schedule, and established budget, then look no further than Summit Contractors, you will not be disappointed.

    Master Bathroom Renovation

    From start to finish, Arash and his team were great. Arash listened to what we wanted and helped us through the whole process from planning, to budgeting to purchasing materials to scheduling and installations. Great care was taken to our home while they worked on our bathroom project and all tradespeople were very respectful and did a great job. Arash was involved and very helpful throughout the project and his knowledge of the trade showed especially when unexpected issues arose and he had to find solutions for us. I would highly recommend Summit Contractors for any future home renovations.
