3 years we have been wanting to change the tile floor since move in date.
After what seemed like speaking with numerous contractors, we were so thankful to have stumbled across The Brothers Flooring, specifically, Faddy.
From the get go, Faddy walked us through what was involved in tile removal and new install for our condo kitchen and hallway floors. He took the time to answer all our questions, regardless of how silly a few of them seemed (due to concerns raised by other contractors) and what appeared to be obstacles for others, Faddy presented amazing options for us which won our confidence that we would finally have our new porcelain tile floors. With a most reasonable quote. They were also familiar with condo regulations which was greatly reassuring as it could be very specific and they abided by all requests of the condo board.
We purchased the porcelain tile product on our own, but Faddy ensured we had the recommended square footage to purchase with safety and presented an estimated timeline for completion and worked with our busy schedule.
The teams who worked on our floors for demo, grout, install were beyond professional and always advised what would occur for the day. Also they left us messages as to how to navigate around the demo and new install. They really took the care to ensure we were not guessing at any level. They were professionals at all levels. Shout out to Martin (Grout and tile install) who put my mind at ease during the install and guided me through the grout selection process (who knew!?)
Faddy was always in touch with us if he could not be in our suite due to ongoing commitments and we never felt we were "on our own". Clean up was greatly appreciated due to dust and open concept condo and while the completion timeline took a few days longer (nothing to do with The Brothers Flooring and everything to do with condo developer related structural issues) the end result was beyond what we could have hoped for after 3 years. My floors shine and the space has transformed!!! THANK YOU BROTHERS FLOORING!
It was so great and reassuring to work with such an honest, fair and professional service, who treated our home with respect, especially as we were still living there during the renos.
While the end result could always look great, we were blown away by the level of service and customer experience from beginning to end... a very rare quality today.
We wish we would have known about Faddy and The Brothers flooring 3 years ago when we did our wood floors but know they will be our first call for the next time... bedroom floors? :)
