    Basement Flooring

    We had a great experience with The Brothers Flooring. They were very responsive and transparent throughout the whole process. They answered all of my questions (and I had many) with patience. I highly recommend their service! The floors look great!

    Great crew to work with

    Great bunch of hard working guys. I enjoyed working with Faddy and his team. Professional installation and very good at overcoming challenges, and there were a lot in my house. Thanks Brothers.

    Honest, responsible and responsive company

    We hired this company to do our washroom and shower tiling. They responded very quickly and came within days to do the job. They advised me not to use the material I purchased originally and appreciated them letting me know it was not the right material . After the job was done, when I pointed a couple of spots, they immediately came back and fixed it although they were already paid. This company is very professional. They are very proud of the work they do and they very responsible and honorable. I highly recommend them if you are looking for honest and professional flooring trade. Will definitely use them again. Thank you Fadi and Thomas for all your help, and making me trust trades again.

    Hardwood floors

    Faddy, George, and crew were excellent from start to finish. Promised a two week job to replace hardwood throughout the house, as well as new stairs/railings, and finished in approx. one week. But what sets this company apart from other contractors is communication. Michelle was quick to respond to my questions over several months of planning. Estimates included line by line pricing. And there was no shady business when it came to taxes and payment. I will definitely hire again.

    Tile floors

    We just finished adding a small addition on to our 90 year old house and needed a heated floor, which led to redoing our kitchen floor and front hallway. After doing some research, I contacted The Brothers Flooring and spoke to Michelle who was very patient with my questions and then she had Faddy come out to see the site and provide a quote. They accommodated our reno schedule and did everything to get the job done in the allocated period of time. The quote was accurate and the final price was a little lower! Faddy and George personally came several times to check on the job and they even did some of the work! They are truly dedicated and professional and they really care about the quality. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

    Stairwell renovation

    Faddy was great throughout the process with keeping me updated on material status and then letting me know when the work will be completed. Overall the job looks great and I am very satisfied with the workmanship.

    Staircase Renovation

    After removing 20 year old carpet strips, I realized I needed to call the professionals to renovate my staircase. Faddy was lightning-quick in responding to my request on Homestars, visiting, explaining the process, answering questions and providing a detailed estimate. Michelle did a fabulous job of day-to-day communications on specs and scheduling. The team transformed my stairs to match existing laminate flooring and took special care to protect and maintain the woodgrain risers and stringers. The job was finished on schedule and budget with minimal disruption. This was a small job for them, but it received 100% professional care and attention. I would give these professionals 12/10 if Homestars had that rating. They will be back later this summer to lay down a new vinyl tile bathroom floor. I am already thinking about basement floor and stairs fixes next year, and will not hesitate to work with The Brothers.

    Full Basement Reno

    Faddy, George, and team are such a great find! They truly care about customer happiness. We initially contacted them for a basement floor, but ultimately greatly expanded the project to encompass a new shower, stone tv wall, new fireplace, kitchen counter, and even some tile and wall work on our main floor. The team did not disappoint! Great care and attention to detail by George, Faddy and Fahad get the hardest work done fast and right, Michelle is on it with coordination and logistics, and Faddy was always available to coordinate the rest of the team. We had plumbers, electricians, tilers, gas fitters, and the whole Brothers Flooring team here I think, with Faddy and George running point on it all, and everything was completed to our satisfaction. Also, definitely worth mentioning the ultimate price was exactly what was quoted in their detailed estimates. A HUGE job well done.
