I was notified by text when they arrived at the scheduled time. The door and the installation looked great. I would consider them for future upgrades.Answer from pro:

We obtained price estimates from Comfort and one other company which was also highly rated on HomeStars. Based on the quick response from Comfort's Julian and his clear assessment of our needs, we chose Comfort which submitted a more reasonable estimate. While at our house for rough measurements, Julian suggested simple measures -- unrelated to windows & doors -- that we could take to improve security. At our request, he arranged a site visit to the factory where the proposed windows & garden doors are manufactured. After our acceptance of the quotation, Melanie coordinated a site visit by the installer, Igor, for final measurements. For the seven windows and garden doors, Igor and his crew were punctual, efficient and tidy. The project was completed ahead of schedule and within the budget. We are thrilled with the work this team did on our windows and front door. We have used Comfort Windows in the past for our windows (2019) and just hired them again to do the rest of the house . They somehow managed to deliver within 4 weeks as promised.Answer from pro:

I always trust my neighbour's reviews and she was not wrong about Comfort Doors & Glass. Julian was quick with the quotes (I had all sorts of options) and Melanie was just fantastic with the follow up. Well-priced, high quality products and superb service. Highly recommend!Answer from pro:
